Leonardo Inn Hotel Hamburg Airport

Zimmer im Untergeschoss, musste ich erst lange suchen da schlecht schlecht ausschildert.
Alarmgesicherte Nottür war angelehnt, es hätte also jeder hinten reinkommen können.
Der Staubsauger braucht einen neuen Filter (basiered auf der Sauberkeit des Bodens)
Kein sicherer Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel.

Good location to airport, a quick short walk is perfect after a flight.

Despite advertising buffet breakfast and airport shuttle (and my having paid for breakfast), neither was available. So, at this point, expect to pay €8-10 each way for a taxi and walk a few minutes to a nearby bistro for breakfast food. Coffee snd croissants are available at the hotel, though, and they will reimburse you if you paid for breakfast. Hotel is very clean but the doors are not insulating and sound from the hallways can be annoyingly loud

You advertised and based on your listing I booked this hotel that it turned out had closed permanently more than a year ago.
I went to that hotel at great expense and was faced with locked doors, a taxi that had left me there, no new taxi in sight . I was faced with a long walk to a busy street hoping to catch a taxi there; all my luggage to carry, and that at 86 years of age, you might be able to imagine what fatigue that entailed and what anger I feel toward Expedia together with the decision never to use Expedia again.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and it was perfect. Breakfast was ok, loved the shuttle to the airport. Shuttlebus driver was very helpful.

Need to renovate! everything looks tired. From the entrance to room, everything looks very tired & outdated for an Airport hotel. Location to airport, great, but everything else lets this hotel down. such a shame, staff & everyone so nice.

Good 3 star property about a minute from the airport making it very convenient. Nice having a free bottle of water too. Just a little warm with no air conditioning.

Very basic and no atmosphere.

The hotel is a typical (near) airport hotel. Clean and very functional; rooms are rather spacious. No dinner or lunch but decent breakfast. They have a fridge with beer, wine and sodas on sale. At the reception they recommended a restaurant about 10min walk from the hotel for dinner (good german-style greek restaurant). Appears to be one of only a few options. Hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport.

Close to airport with shuttle to take you there in afternoon/evening. Long wait to check in. Helpful desk person though. Problems connecting any device to internet (sign in page continually timed out). In room safe not functional. Room ok otherwise. Complimentary early bird breakfast a bonus. No shuttle to airport in morning - have to take a taxi.

Having visited the sister hotel this is a much more functional. No bar, and tired. The staff were lovely, actually notibly so. My room was comfortable but somewhat dated. Most importantly the bed was super nice. This is a good hotel if you just need a sleep and a good breakfast. If you want more of a hotel experience try the sister venue.

Stuff for handling checking in is very friendly and professional. Great location to stay and easy to walk to airport terminal when there is need to catch early fright. Highly recommend this hotel.
