Toplu taşıma ile seyahat edecekler için dört dörtlük bir konumda. Tesisin tam önünde otobüs durağı 3-4 dk mesafede ise Marmaray bulunuyor. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.

Good place to stay and to find what you need.
Pros:

Great location at Bagdad cad. with access to shops ,restaurants etc. The flat was very spacious with enough facilities.

Cons:

1. Staff not polite.
2. Flat not clean enough especially toilets, bathrooms and terrace. The terrace was not cleaned from months with shit of birds everywhere including chairs.
3. Noise from other residents.

The location of the property is very comfortable , transportation and great restaurants are all walkable , lots of coffee shops and groceries , great place .

I always stay in this Residence
Pros:

It’s proximity to the main road. More of a family oriented. The staff were excellent. The wi fi was excellent.

Some appliances need to be upgraded and checked.

Spacious and well located but needs improvements
Pros:

On the plus side:
- very helpful and friendly staff
- great location if you want to be on the Asian side and close to the main shopping street
- we stayed in the 3BR apartment which was very spacious with a large living room and 2 bathrooms

Cons:

could really use some attention to detail:
- the curtains were not fixed properly
- the windows were very dirty (but cleaned when we asked)
- the kettle was functioning but the handle wobbly
- the shower drains were not working properly, causing overflows
- the balcony doors were not locking
- the cupboards in the two smaller bedrooms were old
