Cons:

Ameliyat olacağım için odanın kiri ve eşyaların paslı olması sebebiyle, otelden ilk gecenin sabahında ücret iadesi istedim. Bana iademi yapmadıkları gibi odayı başkasına vermişler. Booking delil istediği için ameliyatımdan sonra iyileştiğimde gidince öğrendim. Kapıdaki görevli yöneticisine sordu ve bana başka bir odanın fotoğrafını çekebileceğimi söyledikten sonra Booking aradığında yöneticim şu an burada değil mail atın şeklinde cevap verdiler. Misafir memnuniyeti bir yana, başkasına verdiği halde, konaklanmayan günlerin parasına tenezzül eden bir tesis.

Schöne Appartementanlage in bester Lage
Pros:

Wir bleiben sehr gerne im The Marmara Suadiye Residence, weil es für uns perfekt auf der Bagdat Caddesi liegt und Freunde, Verwandte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem Frühstück im Kirpi schnell erreichbar sind. Marmaray, Metro, Bus, Tax und Dolmus sind vor der Tür und bringen uns in alle wichtigen Richtungen.

Cons:

Die Heizung ist viel zu hoch eingestellt. Man kann sie nicht regulieren und die Spülmaschine hatte keine Tabs, wir hätten sie gerne benutzt. Sonst ist für uns alles perfekt.

Good there is a place like this one.
Pros:

Very comfortable apartment with great stocked kitchen. Location is good for what I needed. Easy to take train to the place and buses from to Kadikoy Ferry.

Pros:

Location is the best,5 mins to the seaside,2 mins to bagdat street.
Having 7/24 concierge is great, staff very helpful and polite.

Cons:

In need of a modernisation furniture and bathroom wise, name Marmara hotel requires bit more luxury.

Lage Top, Personal Top! Veraltet, aus diesem Grund ungemütlich und Muffig.
Pros:

Lage (trotz Station und Metro) Super für Städtetrip. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Parkplätze genug vorhanden und Gratis.

Cons:

Veraltet, muss unbedingt renoviert werden. Geruch auch dementsprechend.

Le nettoyage n’est pas leur point fort malheureusement… la table basse, les chaises étaient cassés. Ça bougeait. Canapé extrêmement sale. Sur les photos sur booking ils vendaient du rêve… mais en therme d’emplacement c’était parfait

Konum cok iyi. Bagdat caddesi uzerinde ve caddenin tam ortasinda.

Ev temiz degildi. Banyo, yerler, perdeler, camlar hepsi gercekten pisti.
