Hôtel Tignes Le Diva

The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic!

Hotel and rooms are very basic.

Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Diva. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was good quality and plentiful, with lots of variety. In particular the New years eve meal was excellent. The room was quite small, but there is a large bar area where we could relax and play games. After our day on the slopes (very close - ski in ski out) we would use the sauna or hammam and then enjoy playing pool in the bar before dinner. Thank you for an great stay. We intend to return next season!

Bon séjour, petit déjeuner de qualité. Tout s’est bien passé. S’il fallait trouver un point négatif je dirait la moquette un peu vieillissante…

Great access to the slopes. ice of breakfast and easy to get into the village for dinner.

Great location next to piste. Room tired, though we did not spend much time there and was exactly what we needed

Had a great stay at Le Diva with a warm, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the slopes. Bed was comfortable and warm water always available. Quiet room even though apres was close by, always felt safe as a lone traveller. Great staff and super friendly reception when I arrived very late. Recommended!

L’hôtel est un peu vieux, sa décoration surtout mais il est très bien placé, proche des principales remontées.

Hôtel trois étoiles qui n’en vaut qu'une. Chambre vétuste petit déjeuné qui ce termine à 9h et le buffet n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 3 étoile.
Le pire dans tout ça impossible d’acheter une bouteille d’eau à 23h30 une HONTE pour un hôtel qui se dit 3 étoile. Tout ça pour 240€ la nuits je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel .

Hotel is a little on the tired side but it’s good value and an easy walk to the lifts in Tigne

My boyfriend and I both contracted Covid 3 days before our stay. We had proof from the doctor saying that we should not travel nor did we want to spread more Covid. So, we asked to cancel our trip. The hotel was impossible to reach. After multiple attempts, I sent an email with a very thorough explanation. I received a short response that they were unwilling to help and we would be charged in full. I supposed they would have rather had us visit them and spread Covid to everyone. Not a good policy. Don't recommend the hotel - not friendly or helpful.

The only gripe I had was the cleanliness, and even then I’ve experienced worse. Considering what we paid for our stay, I was very impressed with everything else. I would definitely recommend the hotel, overall it was very good value for money. We were there to ski so we just needed a shower, a bed and some food, all of which we got. No major complaints. If you want top of the range, pay a bit more to go elsewhere, but for the price, very good.

The hotel location is amazing - 5 mins walk to the slopes. The boot room is a great idea and leads straight outside, so much easier when getting ready.
Its quite tired and needs improving, the rooms a very basic, and not as show on the photo's on this website (this website doesn't give you much info on the rooms I think they need to have more details, as we booked a superior room and expected a room with an adjoining room as shown on the pictures). The rooms need cleaning more thoroughly our bath wasn't clean.
The food was good for the price of the hotel, and there was plenty of it.
The staff were friendly and always helpful (except for a very rude manager on arrival when there was a mix up on our rooms, not sure I have ever experienced such an aggresive response - and we were not rude to him).

God beliggenhed. Maden var okay men lidt kedelig og uden ret meget smag. For dårligt at der ikke var gratis internet og at de ikke anbefalede den billigste parkering.

Had a great time. The food was really good and the location was fantastic. The staff work non stop and I would definitely recommend
