第一次入住，這間飯店的位置很好，櫃檯的服務人員既親切又專業，飯店還有提供小點心，很貼心耶，房間內也是整齊乾淨，這是一家我無可挑惕的房間，下次去還會再住

Good location, rude staff.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the customer service during our stay. We had specifically requested a quieter room away from the street side in advance, but the request was not accommodated and we were assigned a corner room facing the street.

When we asked about this politely at the front desk (dark-skinned non-japanese female staff), the interaction became uncomfortable and that employee responded with: “This is not China, but Japan.” We found this comment inappropriate and unnecessary.

The hotel itself may be acceptable, but the way our concerns were handled left a negative impression.

Pros:

L'hotel è in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione metropolitana da dove puoi raggiungere altri quartieri iconici di Tokyo. Se ti piacciano gli Anime è la zona giusta. Rispetto ad altri quartieri è meno turistico. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar. La stanza di hotel e essenziale ma funzionale e pulita. Nella lobby c'è la macchina del caffè e la possibilità di fare il the. Il pomeriggio offrono sempre un dolce.

Aanrader om te verblijven in Tokyo. Metro op loopafstand en genoeg restaurantjes en leuke omgevingen om je heen.
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij Sunshine City en metrostation Ikebukuro. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeer smakelijk. Vriendelijk personeel en de kamer was zeer schoon. We hebben één avond gegeten in het restaurant en de pizza was echt super lekker! Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!!

When I arrived, I saw two men lying on the bed touching each other in the side room of the same hotel.
