The breakfast was good and also the surrounding

Cons:

I was disappointed with my experience regarding the luggage delivery service. Before sending my luggage, I specifically asked the hotel staff if it was possible to have it delivered to my next hotel, and they confirmed that it would be fine. Later, I found out that the destination hotel does not accept luggage deliveries at all.

> Because of this incorrect information, I ended up facing a very stressful situation. I had to urgently find another place for my luggage to be delivered, and even now the delivery company is still trying to resolve the issue.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected the hotel to verify this information before assuring me that everything was okay. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my trip.

・使い込まれているが清潔に保たれている
・朝食の白米が美味しい、おかずの種類も豊富

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to Ikebukuro Station. Shopping, food, convenient stores are all within very short walking distances.

Hotel has laundry station, free tea and coffee machine.

Cons:

Room is a bit small but so are most hotels in Japan. Can hear ambulance nightly as hotel is on the main street.

Ottimo hotel in uno dei migliori quartieri di Tokyo
Pros:

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione di Ikebukuro e alle vie principali del quartiere, con moltissimi negozi, ristoranti, konbini e attrazioni varie attorno, veramente ottima posizione. Camera non spaziosissima ovviamente ma comunque molto piacevole, staff alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
