Nice hotel but noisy
Pros:

I got a corner room which had a very long layout. I was travelling alone and I can't imagine 2 people with 2 open suitcases still having sufficient space to move around.

Breakfast is VERY good. A nice spread with a few Western items, a few Japanese items, couple of breads, selection of fruit/veg to make your own salad, and my favourite - steamed vegetables (eggplant, pumpkin etc). Being diabetic I appreciated the variety of fibre- and protein-heavy items. The restaurant serves pretty good Italian for dinner and I'd recommend making a reservation as it can get pretty crowded.

Cons:

This hotel seems to be very popular with tourists and tour groups who like to congregate in the lobby and talk very loudly for hours on end. They also talk so loudly in the laundry room that I could hear it all the way in my room (which was at the other end of that same corridor). The room doors are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything from the corridor. If you're looking for R&R on your trip, this hotel is probably not for you.

As many people have mentioned, the air-conditioning is centrally controlled. My first night was during a cold spell in May and I was absolutely freezing, which I guess is better than sweating in winter.

Pros:

交通地點就在池袋車站走路幾分鐘的距離! 旁邊有24小時營業的健身房(有和飯店配合可以單次付費使用，但是非常方便，器材完整而且價格算合理!)

池袋駅どちらにもアクセスがよく
ご飯にも困りませんでした。

Cons:

朝ごはんを追加で頼んだんですが
値段のわりに品が悪く
そちらはなくても目の前にあるデニーズで
良さそうだなと思いました！

Pros:

Busy location with lots of resteraunts.

Cons:

The room was terrible. No hooks. No place to open a second case, nothing between the beds to hold anything. The beds were as hard as concrete and the room was the smallest we've ever seen.
The breakfast offer was average.

單人房，29吋行李箱無法敞開，只能半開，撇除不滿意的部分，飯店位置真的很讚
Pros:

1.交通位置便利
2.附近便利商店、用餐、逛街、購物都很近

Cons:

1.單人床很硬，很像加厚的行軍床，如果遇到房務員床沒整好，翻身還會有聲音。
2.地毯上疑似有檳榔汁，紅紅的，在看紅紅的同時發現地毯沒有維護的很好或是因為燈光不夠亮再加上顏色是黃色導致錯覺？所以我在房內拖鞋不離腳

ダブルとは思えない程部屋が狭く感じた。壁に穴があいてた。あまり清潔感はかんじなかった。
スリッパが入り口から1番遠いところに置いてあった。
