Pros:

Not good value for money and the area around the hotel is not suitable for children.
When I arrived, I saw two men lying on the bed touching each other in the side room of the same hotel.

Cons:

The shower was not working well and I felt it was not clean enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was within walking distance.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very close to train and subway lines in the midst of eating, drinking and shopping, but not crowded like in Shibuya or Shinjuku. Bathrooms have shower stalls making it perfect for elderly and visitors with mobility issues.

Cons:

Can be a little noisy for rooms facing the street, but not surprising given the location. The room is small typical of Japanese “business” hotels.

ツインベッドの部屋に友達と泊まったのですが窓側のベッドの掛け布団が薄くて朝起きたら寒かったです。もう片方の掛け布団はふわふわで厚みがありました

Convenient location, but the stay was affected by ongoing maintenance issues and poor communication.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was extremely small, and there was not enough space to fully open a suitcase.
The shower water was far too hot, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature properly. Housekeeping also took a long time.
Breakfast was unavailable for the entire week due to plumbing issues, which added to the inconvenience during my three-week stay. In addition, the air conditioning and fridge were not working.
There was also a lack of communication from the hotel regarding the earthquake, the ongoing issues, and the reduced hotel facilities.
