最高でした、またニャチャンに行くことがあれば絶対ここを選びたいです。
Pros:

いちばん良かった点はスタッフがとても親切だったことです。初めてのニャチャンへの旅で、分からないことが沢山ありましたが、ホテル以外のことを聞いても快く回答していただきました。

Cons:

設備の点で、トイレットペーパーをいれるゴミ箱に蓋がなかったのが少し気になりましたが、それ以外はパーフェクトでした。

Pros:

Overall excellent price quality ratio, central location, comfortable rooms, great view from balcony, good breakfast, excellent service and super friendly staff. Nice club lounge (including dedicated check in service for club room guests).

Cons:

Tired furniture (worn in beds, in particular), old bathroom fixtures (although shower head was replaced immediately upon request). Dinner options not ideal (seafood buffet overpriced, Chinese restaurant not exceptional). Grossly inadequate number of beds and umbrellas on the beach (while large number of paid beds/umbrellas available right next to the hotel).

Had 5 nights booked and stayed 10 we loved it so much!! A proper 5 star resort in the heart of Nha Trang.
Pros:

Great location, amenities and staff. Such a beautifully maintained property and staff always going above and beyond. A really pleasant stay

Pros:

Sehr schöne, große Zimmer mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer!
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kommunikation in Englisch kein Problem.
Tolle Lage. Direkt am Meer, nah an vielen Restaurants und Bars, dabei nicht zu laut.
Restaurants im Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!
Schöne Rooftop Bar mit guten Cocktails. Personal hier ebenfalls sehr nett!

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist zwar riesig, leider hat es uns hier bei den Speisen oft an Würze und Geschmack gefehlt.
Dies betraf sowohl die asiatischen als auch die europäischen Speisen.

- Beautiful lobby with a lot of flowers and attentive staff

Cons:

- Surprisingly average breakfast, I tried most of the stuff and settled on sandwiches and dumplings, everything else wasn’t great, even Pho was worse than 1$ one from the street
- Laundry is 10 times more expensive than in the city, Tiger beer from mini bar - 100.000
- No chairs on a balcony

Pros:

Pool area is great and views from ocean view rooms are fabulous. Room size and layout are generous and well considered.

Cons:

Does need a bit of a refurb and update. The staff are lovely but seem to lack supervision on the floor. Plates allowed to pile up on tables at breakfast service, coffee station machines not topped up etc.
We were disappointed with the general quality of the food at all of their restaurants.

Wiring in bedroom was incorrect in the bedside lights were operated by the opposite side of the bed.
My husband had a short episode of ?food poisoning and we only ate in the Hotel that day.
