Excellent breakfast. Huge choice of items

Pickup from airport was perfect. Checkin was perfect. All very friendly and efficient.

Hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the beach, great views from sea view rooms. Pool area is modern and overlooks the sea. Hotel is very close to malls, night market and within walking distance of the stone church and many restaurants.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic at times, and poached eggs were delivered to our table instead of eggs Benedict, but overall breakfast was great.

The only reason it did not score 5 was due to the return to the airport arrived about 7 minutes late. This is an important consideration for us, and although we always allow a contingency, it is frustrating that some of the contingency was used up before we had even left the hotel.

Magnifique hôtel, idéalement situé à Nha Trang. Nous avions une suite superbe, avec un véritable coup de cœur : une baignoire offrant une vue directe sur l’océan, un moment de détente exceptionnel.

Le petit-déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet très varié, mêlant cuisine locale vietnamienne et plats continentaux, le tout d’une grande qualité. La plage privée est parfaitement aménagée, tout comme la piscine, offrant un cadre calme et soigné, avec un service irréprochable.

Nous avions opté pour la formule Lounge, que nous recommandons vivement : accès en soirée à un petit buffet, dégustation de bouillon local, et boissons à volonté — un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de l’hôtel en fin de journée.

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, attentif et bienveillant, toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Enfin, la situation de l’hôtel permet de réaliser facilement de nombreuses activités directement au départ de celui-ci.

Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Se détendre dans une baignoire face à l’océan… le luxe à l’état pur 🌊✨

Понравилось ВСЕ! Жили в представительском люксе с видом на океан. Великолепный, огромный номер. Панорамные окна. С 23 этажа вид открывался потрясающий. Сначала предложили номер на 16 этаже, но после первой ночи, мы сказали, что там шумновато. Администрация пошла на встречу и предложили переехать в номер на 23 этаж. Не скажу, что стало сильно тише. Основной шум от океанского прибоя, а в то время что мы проживали в отеле, море штормило и звук прибоя одинаково на мой взгляд было слышно, что на 16 этаже, что на 23. Но с 23 вид интереснее. Отдельно хочу упомянуть доступ в клубный лаундж. Очень комфортная приватная зона, в которой в течении дня почти не бывает посетителей. Поскольку ездил по работе, приходилось совмещать отдых с работой. В лаундже это делать мега удобно. В течении дня к твоим услугам свежевыжатые соки 4 видов, отличный кофе из кофемашины, чай и всякие вкусняшки к чаю. Утром можно позавтракать в лаундже. Ассортимент беднее, чем в общей зоне для завтрака, но прекрасный вид на океан и малое количество людей, как по мне, то это компенсирует. С 17 часов в лаундже накрывается ужин в формате шведского стола. Большой выбор блюд плюс в интервале времени с 17.00 до 20.00 к услугам посетителей бесплатный алкоголь. Алкоголь представлен во всех сегментах, напитками среднего ценового диапазона. Водка представлена Абсолютом.
6-7-8 этажи отведены под фитнесс и SPA.
В общем во Вьетнаме был несколько раз. Данный отель заслуживает самой высокой оценки с точки зрения пользователя.
Отдельно хочу еще рассказать про одного сотрудника отеля - администратора Анну. Помощь этого сотрудника сложно переоценить. Русская девушка, которая много лет живет и работает в ЮВ Азии. Помогает во всех вопросах связанных с пребыванием в отеле и в городе. Прекрасно делает свою работу. Дает советы где покушать, где отдохнуть, где деньги поменять и.т.д. Ее советам можно доверять безоговорочно. Сделала отдых еще более комфортным. Благодарю, Анюта!

Rooftop bar with its stunning city lights, and illuminated breaking ocean waves views were exquiste! Trendy crowd, delicious drinks and appetizers made it all come together during Happy Hour. Worth every Dong. Thanks Liam.

Having connecting rooms was so nice. Very quiet except the night Viêt Nam won their soccer/football game ;)
Good selection for breakfast. We loved that it was near the pizza downstairs.
We enjoyed the saunas and steam rooms.
By far, the staff makes this place special. From the night we arrived after a flight delay, to helping us book an extra night and arranging the least expensive transportation to Tuy Hoa City, everyone went above and beyond!

Fantastic stay. From the very beginning early in the morning we received a warm and well prepared check in. Reception always managed to successfully address our requests and staff member Trung Do also organized a great private tour in the surroundings. Another mention to Anna and her team at altitude rooftop bar. Very Delicious drinks in a memorable location which is impossible to forget.
I’m sure that if you choose this hotel you won’t be disappointed!
