위치가 바닷가와 시내를 함께 즐길수있는 아주 좋은 위치였고,
방, 거실, 화장실에서 각각 오션뷰가 보이는 곳이라 너무 좋았습니다.
방, 화장실, 거실, 발코니가 다 넓고 좋았으며, 별도 펜트리 공간도 있어서 짐을 바닥에 두지 않고 보기에도 좋았습니다.
너무 만족하고 여행을 즐기며 갑니다. 다음에도 무조건 이곳으로 가야할것 같아요.
계속 이 호텔에서 지낼걸... 괜히 다른날에 리조트로 옮겨서 제 선택이 아쉬웠습니다.

Great communication prior to arriving, it was super easy to arrange airport transfer and a birthday surprise in the room. Everything was very smooth during our stay except for one small hiccup at the end.
The staff was friendly overall and all the facilities were clean and comfortable, and service was particularly good at the pool (bar orders came quickly and staff was super kind).
The breakfast buffet has a variety of options and it was quite good.
On our last day, we wanted to enjoy the pool after check out but we had a bad experience despite the staff's help. We stayed until early evening so the pool area was almost empty, until a large group of kids who did not appear to be guests suddenly took over the pool and caused a lot of disturbance (splashing all around, shouting, not minding their surroundings... obviously they're just kids but they were pretty much unsupervised). Nothing was done by the hotel to make the situation a little less uncomfortable. Then, we were told we could shower in the sauna area before leaving. However, all the showers were taken by the same kids and some people who seemed like staff members? (they had personal keys to the lockers that they did not retrieve from the desk at the entrance), and there were no clean towels at all, only dirty towels overflowing the baskets or scattered all over the place. As a result it was impossible to shower before leaving, and there was no time to notify the staff as we had to leave for the airport.
Also, the staff at breakfast could have been more efficient/better organized as there were a few mishaps: our table was fully cleared while we were still grabbing food at the buffet, we were once seated at a table that wasn't set yet, and we noticed a few times the staff not bringing the right orders to the right tables: we were brought food we didn't order while our drinks were brought late, some drinks were brought to an unoccupied table...
I also wish the beach sunbeds system would be explained more clearly at check-in, we didn't know exactly where they were located on the beach (since there are several hotels) and that they didn't operate past 4pm. Also, it can be quite bothersome to manage to secure a sunbed on the beach or at the pool as there aren't enough of them considering all the guests.
