Реальность поравдывет ожидания.
Pros:

Шератон как Шератон. Оправдывает все ожидания. Персонал - молодцы. По приезду встречает русскоговорящий менеджер и сопровождает до заселения и потом всегда на связи. Остальной персонал- профессионален и приветлив. Номера - не самые большие, но уютные с отличным видом.

Cons:

Чуть больше разнообразить меню в лаунже на ужин и завтрак.

Outstanding service and memorable hospitality at Sheraton Nha Trang

I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa.

I travel frequently and stay in many hotels around the world, so I especially appreciate truly professional and thoughtful hospitality.

I would especially like to mention Ms. Luu Thi Vinh Loc, Duty Manager. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a very strong impression on me.

What impressed me most was that, although I visit Nha Trang only occasionally, she remembered me as a returning guest and made me feel truly welcomed and recognized. This kind of personal attention is rare and reflects a very high level of service culture.

The hotel is fortunate to have someone like Ms. Luu Thi Vinh Loc representing the Sheraton brand. She is an excellent example of warm, professional and attentive hospitality.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the rooms, amenities, and location to the breakfast which was just fabulous and so varied. Best of all was the staff who went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. Thank you for decorating the rooms for the birthdays!

That there were only 18 chairs on the beach. For a hotel this size, there should really be a lot more

Прекрасный персонал, отличные уютные номера, вкусные завтраки. Отдыхать у бассейна в этом отеле - настоящее удовольствие чисто, красиво, уютно. В баре на крыше - отличный вид. Если приобрести номер с доступом в lounge - вечером перед ужином можно насладиться бокалом игристого с прекрасным видом.
