The property was quaint. The decor was traditional which I liked. The property was one block away from the subway which is extremely convenient. There are many cafes and food places in walking distance. The staff was super helpful!
The room was a little small which is not unusual for a hotel in Europe.
Everything about the property is good
Location - Very well positioned, we walked everywhere - including Eiffel tower, Notre dam, Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe - OK, we got our steps in and more, but when you bounce from bar to sight to restaurant it gets broken up.
Hotel - it's a small, boutique style place, but as a base for a city break it ticks all of the boxes. reception is very friendly and will always help in whatever way they can. Breakfast is available, but we choose to see the city as soon as we wake, and just go back later to freshen up before going out again at night. The room was cleaned every day, and the facilities were all that you expect.
Just a slight word of caution - if you are on 7th floor, the lift only goes to 6th and you need to carry your cases up a small flight of twisting stairs, the staff did offer help, but we were OK ourselves. Not a problem, just a note/consideration if you have challenges lifting your cases

Great location, could walk almost everywhere or get one of many different lines of the metro. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bright. Free use of the sauna.
Coffee pods were only replaced once during our 5 night stay. No door or curtain for shower room.

The location was great and the room was exactly the same as the photos that I saw.
The booking website mentioned that the breakfast was a buffet so I was quite disappointed as I was expecting a variety of breakfast options such as sausages, maybe some hash browns, etc.
