La déco etait sympa, j’ai aimé l’ambiance et la propreté
Le réceptionniste n’était pas aimable, nous ne savions pas comment ouvrir la porte, nous avons dû retourner le voir 3 fois avant qu’il se décide à nous aider et en plus il s’énerve. L’objectif était de se reposer, nous sommes partis vers minuit.

Sehr gute Lage, das Hotel wirkt gemütlich
Handtücher die ich auf den Boden gelegt habe zum Wechseln wurden wieder an den Haken gehängt. Sehr unhygienisch. Ich hatte es beim Personal unten angemerkt mit der Bitte neue Handtücher zu bringen. Wurde ignoriert.
Ein Zimmer hatte einen Blick auf eine Mauer und stündliche laute Brumm-Geräusche - nachts störend.
Das Frühstück war definitiv kein 4*Frühstück. Sehr wenig Auswahl, wurde schon 45 Min vor Schluss nicht mehr richtig aufgefüllt. 5 Croissants- wenn leer dann leer… die Dame vom Frühstück war sehr nett, kann wahrscheinlich auch nichts dafür. Sie tat ihr bestes…

Les habitacions son petites i tenen una decoració força antiquada. Tant les habitacions com el passadis, la recepció i l’ascensor tambe tenen moqueta que despren mala olor, i son molt reduïts. A
Un altre aspecte que ens va sorpendre es que els armaris no tenen portes sino una cortina molt gruixuda que tramet sensacio de poc net. La ubicacio es bona pero millor moure’s per les avingudes o carrers amples, hi ha alguns carrers a tocar de l’hotel que a la nit resulten poc agradables.

The hotel is really really noisy.
Our stay at this beautiful, theatre-themed hotel was the perfect choice for our very first trip to Paris. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Every corner of the hotel is decorated with incredible attention to detail, creating a unique atmosphere full of charm and elegance. The rooms are beautifully designed and make you wish you could stay much longer.
We stayed in a room on the sixth floor, which not only offered a wonderful view over the city but also featured an incredibly spacious private rooftop terrace where we enjoyed relaxing evenings after exploring Paris. Everything was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained.
The breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection of fresh local specialties, with something to suit every taste. The hotel also features a stylish bar and a private spa, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The location is another major advantage. The metro station is only a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to reach the historic heart of Paris in around 15 minutes. The neighborhood itself is wonderful as well, with numerous bakeries, cafés, restaurants and shops just around the corner.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It combines beautiful design, comfort, outstanding hospitality and an excellent location, making it the perfect base for discovering Paris. We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our first visit to this amazing city, and we would happily stay here again.
