Very rude costumer service specially someone was in disk named Cukir he’s horrible person ever seen I advice all people from the uk to not attend this hotel
The location was good, quiet with an approx. 15 minute walk to the square and restaurants. The hoel does provide an amazing breakfast.
The sta at reception were good and prompt on any requests.
The work of house keeping is questionable. When we arrived, we found used chewing gum on the bedside cupboard and a cigarette butt on the floor of the balcony which was there for the 4 days that we were there. On another day, when we returned to the room, it as supposed to have been cleaned. We found only the toiletries were replaced and the bed not made. We informed reception and left the room for house keeping to go in. On our return, we found this time the towels were replaced, bed not made and the cigarette butt still on the floor. This tells me that the room and balcony floors have never been mopped. Very disappointing.
Wonderful relaxing stay in spite of terrible weather 2 of the three days. Great views, great breakfast and buffet dinner, friendly staff, great location, fabulous bathroom, very comfortable big bed and room with terrace. Loved restaurant, pool area, Turkish dancing show, convenience to Old Town but calmer by sea. My husband loved gym. Only thing was sliver view from terrace was disappointing.

Staff were very courteous and helpful, check in and out very easy. We had valet parking which avoided the problems of trying to find street parking. Activities staff were very good and made everyone comfortable in joining the various activities during the days and nights. Turkish night and dancing was a good night involving quite a few guests. The piano man in the lobby was just superb and relaxing. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner were also good with a huge variety of food to select. Overall experience was very good and enjoyable. By the way great pool looking over the cliffs and water.

The food was amazing, with a huge selection to choose from every day. The hotel was spotless, and the lobby always smelled lovely — it made a great first impression.
The reception staff were available 24/7, super helpful, and spoke English, which was a big plus.
Our hotel room was cleaned daily, and for all-inclusive guests, the fridge was restocked every day — a really nice touch!
All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help.
The Old Bazaar is only a 15-minute walk away — just follow the tram line. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring.
After a dip in the pool, there’s a selection of saunas to relax in. For more experienced swimmers, you can even take a dip in the seafront right at the bottom of the property.
Plus, you get great views across the sea — perfect for photos!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The only disappointment was having to leave!
We had such a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya! After an overnight journey from Cappadocia, we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time (2 PM). We were a bit worried, but the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to arrange an early check-in for us and even allowed us to use the hotel facilities before our room was ready — a first-time experience for me that truly showed how much they care about guest satisfaction.
The property itself is beautiful with amazing views, great facilities, and very comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The combination of hospitality and value makes this hotel stand out.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya — and without a doubt, I’ll be choosing this hotel again in the future! 🙂
The hotel was great. Tariq the man who took our bags to the room had a huge smile and best. Most of the employees at the buffet center were good at their work but need to smile. The looked like why am I being here

Let me start by saying the moment we checked in we were shown to our room by Baron he was extremely knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the surrounding area and things to do. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel has one main restaurant and one al a carte restaurant and a pool bar offering chips hot dogs burgers ect. The food was delicious lots of mediterranean dishes and grilled meats. The hotel is situated 11 minute walk from the old town/city which was ideal for evening shopping and going out to explore. I was hesitant as it does not have a beach front but found the picturesque cliffs to be lovely touch and believe me a sandy beach was not missed at all. If you are looking for a sandy beach Konalkyi beach is only 8mins away by taxi. All in all we had a fabulous time and can only thank the hotel staff for making it exceptional.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. We had very big impressions on 2023 July so we wanted to go again July 2025. We love the location of the place and the property is in good condition.
Hotel in great position, within a short walking distance to Hadrian's gate and old bazaar.
The food is excellent at the buffet restaurant and the 2 snack bars
The rooms are a good size, bathroom has a bath and shower

Underwhelming, basic hotel, not 5 star by anyone’s definition.
Stay was mediocre, only real saving grace was that it’s 10 minutes in to the beautiful old town of Antalya.

It's decent for the money value
The property is located conveniently not too far from the city center. It’s walkable distance and there’s a park nearby that keeps all the noise far away.
Food is excellent and the staff super polite and professional. The only downside - if I have to find one - is that bedrooms are are faced towards the main hall and so you can hear people chatting till late if they’re noisy so can’t get to sleep prior 2-ish am. Other than that all is impeccable!
