Important information:

The room service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30.

The fitness center is closed every 4th Monday of the month. The schedule may change without prior notice due to hotel circumstances.

Please note that access to the sauna is from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30, with a break times from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 18:30. Fees are applied based on the check-in date.

During peak season, when the outdoor pool is open, an admission fee will be charged per entry, a schedule to be announced.

Please note that children under 24 months are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Children aged 24 to 47 months can use the pool free of charge.

Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Please note that access to the sauna is from 07:00 to 21:00, with the last entry at 20:30 for the following additional charges:

- Children KRW 11,000

Children aged 8 to 13 years can only use the sauna under adult supervision.

Please note that the sauna access is not available before check-in or after check-out.

Pros:

룸/수영장/사우나 모두 깨끗하게 청소가 잘 되어 있는 것 같아 좋았습니다

Cons:

부족한 시설과 융통성 없는 서비스로 매우 실망했습니다.
수영장 이용 후 여자 샤워장에 샤워기가 단 2개뿐이라 대기할 공간조차 없었습니다. 일행과 사우나에서 만나기로 해서 5분 일찍 나왔지만 앞사람들이 씻고 있어 이용할 수 없었습니다. 수영장을 먼저 이용하느라 사우나 쿠폰을 깜빡하고 안 가져왔는데, 물이 뚝뚝 떨어지는 몸에 수건만 걸치고 복도에 서 있으려니 너무 민망했습니다. 유료 시설인 점을 인지하고 있고 쿠폰도 있으니 사우나 안쪽에서 잠시만 대기하겠다고 양해를 구했으나 직원은 안 된다며 거절했습니다. 일행이 쿠폰을 가지고 있으니, 그럼 룸 전화연결을 안내 데스크에 요청했습니다. 안내직원은 룸의 제 일행과 통화 내용까지 직접 들었음에도, 단 1분도 유도리를 발휘하지 않고 차가운 복도에서 기다리라고 하더군요. 수영복 차림에 수건만 감싼 고객을 통행하는 복도에 방치하는 것이 이 시설의 올바른 안내 방식입니까? 최소한의 고객 배려와 유도리가 전혀 없는 기계적인 응대에 기분만 상했습니다. 직원의 서비스 마인드 개선이 시급하다 생각됩니다.

Pros:

셀프 체크인, 셀프 체크아웃이 가능하여 좋았습니다. 셀프 체크인으로 발급받은 키카드가 작동되지 않아 잠깐 당황하였지만 직원들이 원만하게 잘 도와주어 해결하였고, 다른 객실을 제공하면서 혹시 주차 차량이 나가는데 지장이 없도록 먼저 차량 번호를 다시 확인하여 주어서 인상깊었습니다.

Pros:

Idéal pour se reposer en fin de périple en Corée. Proche de l'aéroport d'incheon. Le songdo park est un cadre agréable. Le pub en bas de l'hôtel est un plus pour un petit verre agréable en terrasse.

Very huge and clean! Security is good. Went for hyrox incheon race. Very convenient location walking distance. Airport bus also alight in front of the hotel - Central Park.
