Important information:

The room service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30.

The fitness center is closed every 4th Monday of the month. The schedule may change without prior notice due to hotel circumstances.

Please note that access to the sauna is from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30, with a break times from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 18:30. Fees are applied based on the check-in date.

During peak season, when the outdoor pool is open, an admission fee will be charged per entry, a schedule to be announced.

Please note that children under 24 months are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Children aged 24 to 47 months can use the pool free of charge.

Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Please note that access to the sauna is from 07:00 to 21:00, with the last entry at 20:30 for the following additional charges:

- Adults KRW 13,000
- Children KRW 11,000

Children aged 8 to 13 years can only use the sauna under adult supervision.

Clean, efficient and close to meeting venue.....the Songdo Convensia.

최악의 경험이었습니다. 다시는 방문할 일 없을 것 같습니다.

1. 위치
- 바로앞 센트럴파크, 롯데마트가 위치해있어서 접근성 측면에서는 매우 좋음

Cons:

1. 시설
- 방에 현관출입문 조명이 고장나 있었음. 혼자 꺼졌다 켜졌다 반복하길래 밤 늦은 시간 시설팀 방문해서 그냥 조명 자체를 꺼버리는걸로 조치했음

2. 방음
- 방음이 정말 안좋음. 위층 소음이 너무 시끄러워서 수차례 카운터에 문의했지만, 뭐 대수롭지않다는 반응에 개선도 되지 않더군요.
정말 최악이이었습니다.

3. 직원태도
- 수건 한장 가져다주는데 20분이 걸리지를 않나, 소음 관련해서 문의했지만 전혀 개선해주거나 피드백도 없었음.

최악의 경험이었습니다. 다시는 방문할 일 없을 것 같습니다.

풍경좋은 곳에서 맛있는 식사! 그리고 여유로운 시간 이었습니다. 수영장도 매력적이었어요! 회복할 수 있는 시간이었어요~~~

항상 깨끗하게 방을 청소해 주셔서 감사했어요.

Cons:

조식에 커피가 너무 형편없었습니다. 음식도 4일동안 똑같은 음식이고 한국방문한 기간동안 조식이 제일 부실한 호텔이었습니다.
