The fitness center is closed every 4th Monday of the month. The schedule may change without prior notice due to hotel circumstances.
Please note that access to the sauna is from 07:00 to 21:00 with the last entry at 20:30, with break times from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 18:30. Fees are applied based on the check-in date.
During peak season, when the outdoor pool is open, an admission fee will be charged per entry, according to a schedule to be announced.

The staff were very helpful and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Thank you Daniel at the reception for the hospitality.
I was only there for the night, i really cannot find anything to dislike. Feel that if i had my partner with me, we would have been a bit tight for space in the room due to its size.
That i was finally able to book my small group through booking.com!
That I had to book this group through booking.com as the hotel groups department and Best Western did not respond to my group request.
The location is close to the convention center and metro, the room was spatious, great breakfast, good AC. Good bar.
There is a small convinient store inside.
It is a bit pricey.
The outer pool is closed for season already in September (although the temperature outside was warm enough).
The indoor pool is small.
Great location - right next to park
Wouldn’t rate as 4 star rooms a bit tired, a bit soulless. Bar hardly ever open so couldn’t get an early evening drink or late drink when returning from dinner.
Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and the airport bus stop. That made getting to and from the airport easy.
Nothing major to complain about. I was satisfied with my stay overall, and everything met my expectations. I would be happy to stay here again.

Me asignaron una habitación para personas con discapacidad sin serlo. El baño se dificulta un poco pues el agua corría por todo el espacio
무엇보다 청결하고 센트럴 파크 바로 앞이라 공원 산책하기 좋고 수영장/헬스장을 이용할 수 있어서 즐겁다. 롯데마트도 바로 앞이고 식당 선택지도 매우 넓고 호캉스로 최적이었음!
수영장 매점 쿠폰은 시간대를 맞출 수 없어 사용하지 못함.
접근성과 위치 모두 좋고, 주차하기도 편리했다.
직원들이 친절하였으며, 호텔 이용시 입퇴실 시간에 엘리베이터 몰림현상 때문에 항상 곤욕이었는데
오라카이는 엘리베이터가 많아서 북적임없이 이용하기 편했다.
화장실에서 이전 사용자가 사용했던 것으로 추정되는 틴트가 화장실 문 뒤 벽면에서 나왔다.
다른 곳은 청결히 청소되었었지만, 크기가 작지도 않았던 틴트였던터라, 호텔이용의 시작에 아쉬움이 남았다.
