Nice staff but never again
Pros:

Very friendly front desk lady

Cons:

Hair from previous patrons in shower, around sink, in beds and on floors. No soap in bathroom to wash hands with after using restroom. Mold in shower. Cigarette hole in comforter.

Everything was fine except that loud, inconsiderate person.
Pros:

Went to have breakfast at 8:30 am and not much left.

Cons:

One of our next door neighbors was loud. Talking, shutting and closing the door until 2:30 am. Then, there was couple beeping every 2 minutes like the sound of fire alarm that the battery is running out all night. I'm a light sleeper and I didn't get much sleep. I had a miserable day Saturday!

Close to entertainment, far from what I expected.
Pros:

Close to fiserv forum.

Cons:

Our group had three rooms for the night. Two of the rooms had faulty toilets. Ours ran all night. The lock plate was missing on our door and it could’ve been manipulated easily from the outside. The remote didn’t control volume on the tv. Very rough neighborhood.
