AVOID!!!!

I arrived there with my two children after booking online because pictures seemed to show it was a nice hotel. After arriving there were drug users lurking all over the premises yelling crazy things and the front desk clerk stated it was safe that security arrived at 10 pm. The whole building smelled really strange. Assuming drugs and the whole hotel was completely run down. We literally walked to our room and didn't even fully walk in before we had walked out and I tried to get reimbursed to.gomstay else where and the clerk would not fully reimburse me. He charged me for a whole night. Almost $100 and we weren't even in the room for 5 seconds, didn't even set our bags down or fully walk in. Highly disappointed and wouldn't ever recommend. The place should be shut down.

Got it for shuttle. No driver. TV remote did not work. Breakfast was horrible and main desk could not help with anything..people drinking in parking lot. Smoking by entrance and homeless begging for food or money..horrible place. You need to do better wyndom

Pros:

I didn't catch the man's name but the gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal. Whoever was working Saturday 7/11 around noon should be given a compliment! He was able to get me checked in prior to the original time and had a great attitude that helped start my night on the right foot.

Cons:

There was an alarm that was going off in the hallway for the entire time I was there. Thankfully I couldn't hear it from my room but I can imagine it was potentially irritating for guests further down the hall. Just something to note for future!

Very comfy beds and sheets, clean, LOVED the restroom

Cons:

Small room, broken/loose knob to turn on shower head. Parking spaces were too small/tight for pickup truck.
