How close it was to the theater

Cons:

The headband had food stick on it the shower water leak everywhere had to use all the towels to try can clean the water off the floor there was mold in the room didn't even try the breakfast cause it didn't look good

Pros:

The staff was very nice! Some renovations were being made to the bathroom.

Cons:

Seemed very run down. The mattresses were super thin and the frame......if your foot even grazed it, it made a horrendous sound.

I didn't like it at all—absolutely nothing. Everything was terrible; a very bad experience.

Cons:

I didn't like it at all. First of all, there was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom, nor was there an extra roll; furthermore, both the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. The customer service is deplorable, and there is also a severe lack of personal hygiene. It is a place I would not recommend in the slightest, and I certainly won't be returning. On top of that, they are thieves and are trying to keep the $100 deposit.

I sent a email already with pics showing the nastiness of 1 night and th tv didn’t work the entire time the 2nd time and the 3 time they put me in a room I didn’t pick and the boy said well that’s what we got and they had the room I paid for he said it’s ok and I told him no I don’t wanna stay on 1st floor bar people loud kid has school and it wasn’t the right room . Horrible service. Bathroom shower was disgusting and my daughter had a lung condition and is highly allergic to mold and dust n dirt but this hotel felt it was ok.
