Pros:

Great location close to downtown and Fiserv Forum
Staff are very helpful and professional

Cons:

Rooms are very small - for an accessible room, it doesn't meet ADA standards other than the walk in shower.

Awful. Husband compared it to his hotel in India...
Pros:

They only had decaf coffee and it was not clean on all the countertops

Cons:

No blood on the walls. White substance flowing down the walls, dirty sheets. Actually get key cards and have to have security bring you to your room. Edible breakfast....

Cheap overnight stay. Area shady.Staff was nice

Cons:

Are is really shady. Especially the parking lot. When we arrived around 5:30 pm there was a gathering of individuals in the parking lot drinking and what it looks like working on a car. Was really concerned about my car overnight. Thankfully the lot was really well lit at night. In the room the smoke detector was rip off the wall with cable dangling. When we try to take a shower the shower faucet when turned it was in our hands. Completely loose. Had to turn into a plumber to make it work.

If you like to sleep and soil and dirty room, this is the place
Pros:

About the property itself nothing absolutely nothing

Cons:

The pictures and everything they advertise it completely false
We were changed to three different suites and every single no one was disgusting and something was broken or damaged
And they refuse accountability and provide a full refund.

Didn’t stay because our room was dirty. Smelled of straight bleach. Sat on the bed and it felt like it was going to fall

How close it was to the theater

Cons:

The headband had food stick on it the shower water leak everywhere had to use all the towels to try can clean the water off the floor there was mold in the room didn't even try the breakfast cause it didn't look good
