Pros:

The room was good sized. The beds weren't queens, but nice. T least we could watch the fishing boats come & go.

Cons:

We would have liked it more if there was coffee in the room.

Pros:

Well run location, friendly staff, and great value for the money. I was traveling with my cat and my dog. This is one of the very few places that allows both cats and dogs, and doesn't charge extra (practically unheard of in that area).

Cons:

The parking can be a bit limited if you arrive late at night but you can park fairly close to the hotel, if that happens.

There was people working banging on things and we were told the room had air conditioning got there no ac. Staff was very short and not pleasant. Was not very welcoming. Was not worth the value we payed

Cons:

Not enough parking spaces. Everyone was loud, dogs barking at night, people being very loud. The room had a fireplace that didn’t work. Patch on the ceiling that was never finished .

Cons:

I have always been able to bring more than two dogs now they have two dogs only and you pay for the others. They didn't charge us. But I will not be staying at motel 6 in Newport again that has gone downhill.

I didn't even stay the night I went to a better hotel
Cons:

No air conditioning even tho it is advertised with air conditioning then when I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk I was treated rudely lied to and given attitude

The staff was very helpful. I love the location so I can just go for a walk when I want. Not a busy location most of the time.

Cons:

Neighbors next to us were super loud and up all night. Knocking on our door then walking away. I complained to the front desk and they handled the situation.
