Clean, lots of food options next door, free parking for electric cars and others. Park fire kids to play in with the seating area shaded from the sun for little ones.
No where to put your cigarette butts out odd piece of rubbish from your travels.
Nothing.
No shower mat, not enough towels. No glass or plastic cup for teeth cleaning. Bed gave me a sore back.
I find the beds here very comfortable. I love a softer bed and they have softer beds here. My son wasn't so keen, but great for me! Clean, amazing shower with a seat too. This was my second stay here and will stay again in the future. I found the staff here very cheery and helpful apart from the gentleman who checked us out, very miserable, no pleasentries whatsoever.
The gentlemen who checked us out. Cold, miserable and I found that quite rude especially when you are in a customer facing role.

Would have liked water glasses in the room and 2 chairs so we could both sit down
Was easy to find location staff very helpful and friendly very clean room but had a faulty window catch that I would say had been bodged apart from that a very good place to stay
Jut the window catch and lock that were bodged, so it's not working as should .
Have stayed here before. Location was good and fine for an overnight stay.
Fan in bathroom kept buzzing so had to remove card for electricity to stop it which seemed to reset it.

Shower has a problem with settings being too hot and scolding. This occurs every several minutes of use.
No laundry facilities on personal basis.
Fire bell tends to sound at least once a week. I guess guests try and smoke in their rooms. Managers react very quickly.

The room smell of stale smoke so we ask for the new one. Two of the staff were rude and unapproachable but the other staff were lovely.
It was very clean and tidy, the receptionist was very helpful.

Hotel was in a convenient location, staff were friendly.
The room was uncomfortable, the bath room only had a shower, and the floor of the bathroom had nearly all broken and cracked floor tiles that moved underfoot. Was also very dirty, black stained. Then was rudely awoken at 06.10 by a bloody window cleaner!!! I thought someone was trying to break in! Not a relaxing night.
