Convenient,clean bed and a shower fulfilled my needs
Pros:

The location is great for me visiting family in Buntingford, I travel down the A1 from Yorkshire so it’s a bonus

Cons:

The drains in the bathroom room 102 smelt bad.
A fridge would be most useful

Pleased we only stayed one night
Pros:

Location was ideal with food court on site. Staff were very helpful and smiley.

Cons:

Property is very dated. Bathroom had lots of moisture and mould marks, floor tiles were cracked. Beds were extremely hard and duvets cheap.

Excellent suited all my needs
Pros:

Just needs a bit of tlc paintwork looking bit tired but great value for money

Cons:

Dog barking in nearby room doors let open in corridor near reception can hear people talking just minor nigle but is value for money

All I can say is few cobwebs needed removing just little more attention to cleaning apart from that value for money 100%

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at and will never be back.

Cons:

Breakfast was a pathetic box to go . No restaurant and bar is one pump at reception and some bottles in a small fridge. TV in room is probably the smallest they could get, heating rattled every time it started or stopped. I would recommend you avoid this hotel at all cost

Perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Eating establishments next door were so good to have close to hand. Staff were very friendly, room was basic but comfortable.

Cons:

Lamps on wall you hit your head on as they are right above where your pillow is.
Sewar smell coming from bathroom (shower also could be cleaner - the screen)
