Bed was small not king as offered
Furniture was poor doors didn’t close, drawer keep opening.
Floors were uneven
Not clean! The couch was full of crumbs, lint, and who knows what else. The bathroom was soo bad. Mold in the shower, we brought shower shoes to wear but we couldn't even take the chance.

Dead animals in pool filter. Picture this, you and your family come to stay at this beautiful hotel and are impressed with how nice it is. Let’s go swimming fam, but there is a weird smell but it just rained so… your small child says I can see a tail and something fuzzy… you peer in but cannot see or maybe don’t want to see. A call to the front and a nice attendant comes to help. As you explain the situation it sinks in that with all the splashing and swimming this water has been in your mouths and up your noses. The attendant removes the filter cover and there are two dead ducks in one filter and one in the other. They are in the process of rotting.
It was Great other than the “every other day room service”.

NO ONE AT FRONT DESK WHEN I TRIED TO CHECK IN. I HAD TO SHOUT TO GET SOMEONE, EVEN THOUGH THE BARTENDER (?) SAW ME COME IN. THE SHOWER DOOR WAS SOILED OVER MOST OF THE SURFACE WITH SOME SORT OF OILY SUBSTANCE.
Excellent stay! Great location within Johnson City! They provided a very welcoming staff, pristinely cleaned bedroom and bathroom, and beautiful pool/patio area! 10/10-would recommend!
I have stayed here many times in the past about two weeks a year for the past four years. Tonight I went to get a snack from the front desk and there was no one present. I waited approximately five minutes during that time another customer came and waited along with me. We decided to step behind the desk and knock on the wall to see if anyone was home. The employee that was working in the Desk came out and scolded me for stepping behind the counter. I explained we’ve been waiting for approximately five minutes, and he said I am not allowed to step behind the counter. Myself and the other customer left our items on the counter and walked away. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. His name is Anthony and at no point did he try to fix the situation. I was amazed at his lack of professionalism. I also went to the bistro the night prior and the night of and saw no one there. I wanted to order food but didn’t see anyone to take my order.
I will go back again!!!!
Absolutely one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, with superb customer service! Well laid out, updated, snacks and beverages in the bar are at night, a little shop too;)
