Had a really nice experience at le Meridien New Delhi. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city which makes getting around Delhi very convenient. The hotel has a very elegant vibe and the rooms are comfortable with beautiful views.
What stood out the most was the hospitality — the staff was very polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The food was also great with a good variety, especially the breakfast spread.
Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.⭐
Om Chaudhary served me in the Indian restaurant today, he was quite insightful. In addition to Om, all of the hotel staff is hospitable.
We last stayed here 12 years ago before catching an early morning flight home. This time it was for an early morning arrival and another part night on departure 3 weeks later. The hotel is in a pleasant location and is mainly top class. It would have been 5 stars if they hadn’t put us in a room next to the elevator which was very noisy so earplugs were a necessity.
The waiter Om Chaudhary advised us very well and the food was delicious.
The shining spot at this hotel was the Nero Lounge. I had the absolute pleasure of spending time at Nero Lounge, and I can’t say enough about the incredible staff who made each visit so memorable. Saket, the bartender, was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and genuinely valued as a guest. His service was polished yet warm, and sincere, the perfect balance.
The amazing atmosphere at Nero is truly a reflection of the entire team. Manjeet, Paras, Nandan, and Vijay each contributed to an environment that felt inviting, relaxed, and vibrant. Their attentiveness and positive energy did not go unnoticed.
Every visit to Nero felt special because of these individuals. I simply wanted to acknowledge the outstanding staff I had the pleasure of meeting. They are a true credit to Nero Lounge, if you are visiting in area, give yourself a treat and stop by.

Had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien New Delhi. The hotel’s location is excellent — very central and convenient for visiting key attractions and getting around the city easily.
The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options and great quality food. The lounge experience was equally impressive, offering a comfortable atmosphere, good selection of refreshments, and attentive service throughout.
What truly made the stay special was the staff. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out — warm, professional, and always willing to help. I felt genuinely valued and this is exactly how you would like to be treated being a Marriott Bonvoy elite titanium member. I don’t want to name any staff as that would do injustice to all the other staff who truly went above and beyond to see that me and my family were comfortable.
Highly recommended and would love to stay again at this hotel when I visit Delhi next time.

We stayed at Le Meridien, Delhi for a night on our Anniversary . The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, and a lovely bouquet and cake by the management actually made our day special.
Rooms are comfortable. Baby cots, baby chairs, pots etc , all are easily available on request.
Lounge is comfortable and very convenient for work as well as relaxation. Cabins & cubicles for comfortable working are there . Hi-tea at the lounge had decent options.
The pool is ok size, not very huge . It was clean and well maintained. Swimming tubes are available. Gym had enough equipments and it also has yoga session.
One can see nice sunset from the pool area.
One entire floor is dedicated to shopping- jewellery, gems, astrologer, shawls , handicrafts.. good variety.
Also the hotel has plenty of charging points, be it restaurants, lobby , lounge.
Staff is courteous. Though we found housekeeping not so prompt. Breakfast at O1e had plenty of vegetarian options. Monsoon too has nice Indian food and pretty ambience.
Hotel is absolutely centrally located so cabs are easily available at any time.
Will surely visit again.
There was no advance communication about major access restrictions and disruptions due to VIP-related arrangements, resulting in a chaotic and stressful arrival. These events are clearly pre-planned and hence, could have been managed far better.
As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member, I am accustomed to staying at Marriott properties during high-security periods and large international events. I appreciate the complexities involved. However, what I experienced were clear lapses in planning and communication.
I understand the need for access restrictions and disruptions due to VIP-related arrangements and official functions. In such a situation, a simple pre-arrival advisory would have enabled guests to plan arrival times and manage expectations. I was travelling with my aged mother who cannot walk up a ramp and we had a significant amount of luggage. We had to circle around the property for about half an hour before we were permitted entry into the hotel. Even thereafter, I was standing at the steps of the porch with my bags for a good amount of time and went inside to get someone to help me before I could get any assistance. I had checked whether the hotel helps with luggage transfers and saw that they do so I didn’t make alternate arrangements to haul my own luggage inside. There was a clear lack of foresight and transparency and it was an avoidable stress.
This experience was compounded by an extremely loud event with music continuing well past the stipulated 11:00 pm cut-off. Having waited patiently until then and even beyond when the noise didn’t stop, I was forced to contact reception to request intervention, and the response lacked urgency or concern for in-house guests attempting to rest. It was well past 1am anything was done about it. I had an early morning departure from the hotel to catch a flight and it was a night of zero sleep.
Ultimately, nothing except words were offered, which did little to address the disruption or the inconvenience caused.
Positives: excellent location and decent food.
However, poor planning and lack of accountability overshadow the stay. Only the service in the exec lounge deserves a recommendation, rest of the experience and they way they manage things was subpar

Excellent service in a high quality Delhi hotel. We were overwhelmed by the attention of the staff. Very comfortable room with all we needed for a good nights sleep. Food and drink excellent. In particular Saluni in the Club Lounge was very good.
Le Meridian in Delhi is a well-oiled machine. I was there for 5 days and the service, food, and overall experience was great every day. Gaurav and Saransh in the Club Lounge went above and beyond for exceptional service.
Gaurav and Saransh provided an immaculate service and help as and when required.
Executive Club Lounge staff were exceptional. Very attentive, courteous, and anticipating our needs.
Of particular note, Gaurav Saransh was impeccable. A gentlemen, whose customer service was second-to-none.
While the hotel itself and the hotel room are enough of a reason to return to Le Meridien, New Delhi, the Executive Club Lounge experience sealed the deal.

We stayed here one night prior to our departing flight. The hotel and rooms were nice, but stay was marred by us behind held back due to an error in their minibar. We weren’t able to leave on time due to the dispute and we ended up having to pay for items that weren’t in our room in the first place.
While the value of the items was not the problem, the service and tone from the staff for a mistake they wouldn’t acknowledge left a bad taste in my mouth. Details matter, and keep an eye out if you stay here.

The hotel is well located, clean, and very serviceable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Saloni in the Club Lounge, who was particularly helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay and made the experience noticeably more pleasant.
