Delayed Check In.
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights in April and had Executive Room 1428.
This is probably one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. A decent city view from the window.
Whist we only ate breakfast here, the choice was superb and the food excellent.
The only reason that i have not given five stars is because of the experience we had in reception. We had booked an early check in but were told that this was not possible on our arrival and had to sit in reception for two hours waiting for our room to become available.
