Le Meridien New Delhi

Le Meridian in Delhi is a well-oiled machine. I was there for 5 days and the service, food, and overall experience was great every day. Gaurav and Saransh in the Club Lounge went above and beyond for exceptional service.

Gaurav and Saransh provided an immaculate service and help as and when required.

Executive Club Lounge staff were exceptional. Very attentive, courteous, and anticipating our needs.

Of particular note, Gaurav Saransh was impeccable. A gentlemen, whose customer service was second-to-none.

While the hotel itself and the hotel room are enough of a reason to return to Le Meridien, New Delhi, the Executive Club Lounge experience sealed the deal.

We stayed here one night prior to our departing flight. The hotel and rooms were nice, but stay was marred by us behind held back due to an error in their minibar. We weren’t able to leave on time due to the dispute and we ended up having to pay for items that weren’t in our room in the first place.

While the value of the items was not the problem, the service and tone from the staff for a mistake they wouldn’t acknowledge left a bad taste in my mouth. Details matter, and keep an eye out if you stay here.

Amazing hospitality. Great service by Ms. Saloni in the Club Lounge, she really made my parents feel at home.

The hotel is well located, clean, and very serviceable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Saloni in the Club Lounge, who was particularly helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay and made the experience noticeably more pleasant.

Excellent place, needed a quick fix for my blazer and Rajender from HK managed it within few hours. Full marks on hospitality of this place.

Shweta was our waiter and the food was just delicious, with excellent service and nice ambience..

Vinay Kumars service at the restaurant on 20th floor Le Belvedere is the benchmark of what service should be . He is always attentive , always checking in. He even helped me with a restaurant reservation at Bukhara !

We really enjoyed the lounge. The staff went above and beyond, including tracking down my dropped glasses. Thank you Gaurav, Vikas, and Kanishk.

Set up management, Food, hall arrangement and other hospitality services are very good and satisfactory level. Thanks Gunhan Giri and team also Chef Vineet Khanna very supportive.

My wife and I would like to recognise the service in the Lounge in general and one of the staff members in particular. Gaurav Khangwal was professional, friendly and very efficient. He was very attentive and made our happy (couple) hour extremely enjoyable. We're hoping that he'll be on duty tonight.....

Mukul Kumar was very attentive to my needs while I was in the lounge! He made sure I had all the food and beverages I wanted. Highly recommended his service.

Team lounge is very courteous .. special mention to miss Aishwarya , Manisha, Mr Vivek and Miss Saloni for their courteousness and service. The spread at the lounge is also good. Worth having rooms with lounge access
