Pros:

Very spacious room, staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Everything was great except one feedback on the spa. We had a good experience doing a full body massage on our first day, so we went again on our last day. It was a different lady who was just not great... So if you want to try their spa and massage, I wish you better luck!

Lovely employees but disappointed to not have air conditioning.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and well-appointed.

Cons:

The aircon in the rooms was uncomfortably cold during the day, with no thermostat control seeming to have any effect.

Trotz der unübersehbaren Schwächen eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Ulaanbaatar
Pros:

Sehr gute Restaurants (KK, Nagomi) mit recht vielfältigem Angebot. Zimmer sehr sauber und täglich hervorragend gereinigt.

Cons:

Erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf beim Frühstück (Qualität der Nahrungsmittel, insbesondere Brot, Obst und Gemüse - Zubereitung der Speisen, insbesondere Eierspeisen). Überwiegend schlechte bis sehr schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Personals, teilweise keine zielführende Kommunikation möglich. Mitarbeiter im Service teilweise bei weitem nicht auf internationalem Standard.

Ze hebben ons geholpen met het regelen van een toer naar het binnenland. (Privé)

Locaties is niet super leuk. Druk punt. Er liggen wel wat restaurants in de buurt.
