Top notch hotel with reasonable prices
Pros:

I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable

Cons:

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

Lovely Stay. Great Experience
Pros:

Professional staff, amenities in the room, booking of taxi, guiding us in a new place, location of the Hotel and very good room service.

Cons:

Room service staff can be a bit more comfortable with English.

Wspaniały pobyt w Mongolii
Pros:

Wspaniały gościnny i troskliwy personel. Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadania. Bardzo dobra oferta gastronomiczna. Hotel trąci myszką jak na pięć gwiazdek to przydałby się mu remont odświerzenia. Ale wszystko w hotelu jest sprawne. Jedynym minusem ale to nie wina hotelu to jego lokalizacja dość daleko od centrum ale za to cicha okolica choć mało ciekawa. Polecam ten hotel

Brak ogrzewania w łazience -zimny kaloryfer przez cały mój pobyt to jedyna nie sprawna rzecz.

Hotelzimmer sehr gut, Personal sehr bemüht, Essen verbesserungsfähig, Transfer Flughafen nicht planb

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat 2 Stunden gedauert, obwohl es nur ca. 50 km waren. Es gibt keine Hotels am Flughafen und die Straßen in die Stadt sind völlig überlastet. Es gibt keine Nahverkehrsanbindung. Das ist sehr schlecht und sollte umgehend geändert werden. Gegen 21 Uhr konnten wir nur noch eine Suppe essen und im Lunchpaket am Morgen war der Kaffee kalt.
