Location worked out perfect for me. Inside lighting was great.

Cons:

The room and bathrooms weren't not cleaned / dirty and there were lots of calcium deposit in the shower / black dirty deposit in the toilet. Bathroom shower was leaking and toilet was pretty dirty and kept flushing. The building looks nice from the outside. However, maintenance wasn't done properly inside the room. Each room certainly needs upgrade especially starting from the shower and toilet.
