staff (apart from the manager) were amazing

Pool is nice but freezing

The manager was rude
The beds were hard
No snack bar even though advertised
Spa staff rude always talking above you
I would be disappointed if I had my children as the pool was so cold

Top Lage - Top Anlage - Top Service bei einem sehr fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Eine tolle Anlage - super freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal - toller Service - immer und überall sauber. Die Lage ist top um der hektischen Stadt hin-und-wieder zu entfliehen - der Bus-Shuttle-Service in die Medina ein absolutes Pro-Argument.

Cons:

mehr von einer solchen Anlage zu fordern, wäre typisch deutsches Meckern ;-)

Hôtel et prestations très passables

Le hall de l’hôtel & le Salon/bar, c’est le seul endroit qui vaut 4 étoiles !!

Cons:

Pour notre deuxième séjour à Marrakech on souhaitait un hôtel dans la Palmeraie pour passer qques jours de détente en famille. Nous avions déjà séjourné au RIU de Taghazout au Maroc et avions été enchanté. Nous avons donc réservé le RIU Tikida Palmeraie en ayant quand même noté qu’il avait 4 étoiles et non 5 comme celui de Taghazout.
Mais malheureusement avec tte honnêteté ce ne fût que des déceptions!!
Chambres très vieillissantes, restauration très passable, personnel pas aimable.. le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas là. Très déçus, nous ne réserverons plus dans cette chaîne d’hôtels.

The location was great 20 mins outside of Marrakesh. The hotel offered a free daily shuttle bus which was welcomed.
The hotel was very clean, decorated well with outstanding customer service.
Great gym which as very sizeable with. Various weights and equipment.

Cons:

The pool was always freezing however an indoor pool was offered.
The entertainment could have been better.
Food was nice but breakfast could have been improved. There isn’t enough variety of fruit.
