Please note that we will carry out inspection work according to the following points due to maintenance and inspection work,

[Details of power outage] All electrical connections in the guest room cannot be used. *Customers using electrical products (computers, etc.) are asked to unplug them from the outlet during the above hours. The temperature in the room cannot be adjusted. Hot water supply facility cannot be used. (There is no hot water)
[Elevator suspension] *Operating hours are subject to change depending on the situation.

・Cannot be used from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.
*Commercial elevators are available from around 2:30pm to around 3:00pm, so please inquire at the front desk.

The hotel provided shuttle service from/to the train station which is a plus. Breakfast is excellent which had lots of choices and delicious. It is walkable to the main tourist areas.

思っていた以上に部屋が広く、ゆったり過ごす事ができました✨
ベッドも快適でした。部屋からの札幌の夜景が、とてもステキでした。
特にありませんでした。
中島公園内のコンサートホールに出かける用事だったので最高の立地でした。空いている日だったので、広い部屋にアップグレードしてくださったのもラッキーでした。全体に広々していて、静寂が保たれています。
歯ブラシとは別に置いてあるツースペイストの小袋が非常に切り開けにくかったことくらいです。

厕所排水的噪音大到可吵醒睡覺的人
ツインルームの部屋が広く、高層階の窓からの眺めも良く、４台のエレベーターが効率よく運用されていて、ストレスなく利用できました。朝食の品数がとても多く、3泊しても、全ての種類を食べる事は出来ませんでした。朝からワインが飲めたり、ラーメンやアイスクリームを食べることをできたり、変化に富んだ朝食を楽しむことができました。ウェルカムドリンクサーバーのノンカフェインコーヒーが美味でした。
ベッドが少し柔らかめで、個人的にはもう少し硬めが好みです。
ウェルカムドリンクが夜は終わっていたのが残念でした。
自販機のアルコール類は料金設定が高めでした。
ちょうど夏から秋に季節が移行する時期で、日によって暑い日と寒い日が交互しましたが、部屋の冷暖房はON/OFFと、温度調節はできるのですが、暖房と冷房の切り替えができず、寒い日に、冷房をオフにすることしかできませんでした。
フロントスタッフの対応が丁寧かつ迅速だった。
就寝中にダニと思われる虫に刺されていた。
