なかなか満足度の高いホテル
Pros:

設備もきれいで満足できるホテルでした。

Cons:

バイクでの宿泊でしたが、バイクを停める場所が、施設の端で屋根もない所でした。
雨は降らなかったのでよかったですが、もう少しバイクでの泊まり客にも配慮してほしかったです。

機会があれば、また利用したいです。
Pros:

部屋が広く、高級感があった。札幌駅まで無料送迎バスもあり、助かりました。

Cons:

冷房の効きが、少し悪かったように感じました。
ティーバックが部屋にありましたが、コーヒーもあれば良いと思いました。

予想をはるかに上回るホテル
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋も広くてびっくり、快適に過ごせました。なんといっても朝食かわとても美味しかったです。北海道の名産堪能できました。お席もたくさんあり、待ち時間が少ない。予想以上のホテルで楽しく過ごす事ができました。

Cons:

良くないわけではないのですが、お土産販売してる売店の営業時間が夕方までなら良かったのになぁと思いました。

最高！
Pros:

お部屋が広くてとても綺麗でした。
朝食も和洋と種類が多く朝からシャンパンもいただけて焼きたてのパンケーキも
あり家族からもとてと好評でした。
間違えて喫煙部屋を予約してしまったが
伝えると
消臭や灰皿の撤去もしてくださり
心配りがとても嬉しかったです。
