Die Lage des Hotels an einem Park empfanden wir sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und geduldig. Das Frühstücksbufett war gut bestückt.

Cons:

Etwas störend war ein lautes Geräusch außerhalb des Hotels in den Nachtsstunden.

Nettes Personal, guter Empfang, das Zimmer konnte früher bezogen werden. Man konnte Aktionen außerhalb des Hotels buchen.

Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung bzw gut. Alles war geschmackvoll arangiert.
Toll war es, das man im Hotel vergünstige Eintrittskarten für die Therme bekommen hat.

Cons:

Der extrem kleine Fernseher im Zimmer. Es muß kein 65" TV sein, aber 50cm Bilddiagonale war schon für den Raum arg klein. Fußball vom Bett aus ging garnicht.

Für einen Kurztrip ideal.
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist die idyllische Lage direkt in einer Parkanlage sowie der nahegelegenen Therme mit Gradierwerk.

Cons:

Sehr einfache Ausstattung der Bäder. Unsere Dusche hatte einen Duschvorhang, der während des Duschvorganges am Körper klebte und den Bewegungsspielraum sehr eingeschränkt hat.

Cons:

Es scheint eine Anweisung zu geben, nach der das gebuchte Zimmer grundsätzlich nicht vor 15 Uhr bezogen werden kann - auch wenn es längstens für den neuen Gast zur Verfügung stehen könnte. Fälschlicherweise wird behauptet, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei.
Wer vor 15 Uhr kommt, kommt daher nicht in das Zimmer - ein unfreundliches Verhalten gegenüber den Gästen und völlig unverständlich. Diese Feststellung haben wir bei vielen Aufenthalten immer wieder machen müssen.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Es war eine reichliche Auswahl für jeden Anspruch vorhanden. Das Hotel hat eine ansprechenden kleine Parkanlage.

Cons:

Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit integrieter Dusche. Sehr unbequem. Für Gäste, wie meine Ehefrau und ich, über 80 Jahre alt, ist der Einstieg doch sehr beschwerlich.
