Sehr freundliches Personal und eine angenehme Lage in der Stadt. Große und helle Zimmer, es war alles vorhanden was man im Alltag benötigt. Das Frühstück war sehr einladend, viel Auswahl und immer reichlich von allen vorhanden.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz gut.
Was uns sehr gefallen hat, war der relativ kurze Weg zur Kristalltherme.

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Park, man wird mit Vogelgezwitscher wach :)
Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die einen mit einem Lächeln begrüßen.
Feines leckeres und frisches Frühstück und besonders haben wir uns über die Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag gefreut, das war eine nette Überraschung!
Toll auch das Yoga- und Ausflugsangebot sowie Fitnessraum und Sauna. Rundum super!
Einzig ein Crema-Café (aus dem Kaffee-Vollautomat) hätte uns noch gefehlt...

Cons:

Alles war qualitativ hochwertig und nachhaltig, vom Mineralwasser um Zimmer bis zu den Pflegeprodukten.

ideal für die Theme in Bad Wilsnack und das LoftSpa in Wittenberge
Pros:

Die Therme ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Um das Hotel gibt es ein gute Auswahl von Lauf- und Wanderstrecken. Das Frühstück umfasst regionale Produkt die sehr lecker schmecken.

Cons:

als Tipp das LoftSpa in der ehemaligen Ölmühle von Wittenberg ist entspannender und schöner als die Therme in Bad Wilsnack. Also ein Tag Therme Bad Wilsnack - hier besonders die Aufgüsse geniessen und dan den zweiten Tag nach Wittenberge

Das Personal war überaus höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen war super. An der Bar war es gemütlich. Mit dem Frühstück mussten wir uns erst anfreunden. Es war sehr mager. Manches, wie Brötchen schon weg. Aber auf Anfrage bekamen wir alles nach.

Ein super schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind alle sehr nett. Das ganze Hotel macht einen super Eindruck. Am Abend gab es genug Plätze an der Bar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Aussicht in den Park ist toll. Das Bad mit Fußbodenheizung hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Zimmergröße sind vollkommen ausreichend. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Therme zu Fuß. Es gibt jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser auf´s Zimmer. Wir waren total zufrieden mit einfach allem und kommen beim nächsten Thermenbesuch gerne wieder.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Abendessen…
Pros:

Das Abendessen war absolute Spitzenklasse. Die Therme ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Leider gab es im Zimmer keine Übergardinen, sodass die Beleuchtung im Hof das Zimmer in der Nacht taghell erstrahlen ließ.
