I’ll still stay there - I like the vibe
Pros:

Fun vibe - nice bar - pet friendly

Cons:

The rooms could stand a refresh - carpet - tile (grout) in bathrooms. The lighting in the halls and shower area is very dark

Convenient location, good parking, nice staff!
Pros:

Front desk staff was super nice and I loved that there was complimentary cold water! The ice cream was an additional charge but worth it for a midnight snack!

Cons:

Only 2 complaints—need better pillows and better toilet paper in the bathroom. The pillows were so squishy and had no support. The toilet paper was like less than one ply it was so thin!!!

Pros:

The property was clean and maintained

Cons:

I would’ve like more late night food snacks or sandwiches there only 1 in fridge in one night I was there but, that’s not a big issue.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Madyson was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our stay at Aloft The Domain so enjoyable. She went above and beyond, even calling me to let me know we had accidentally left our water jug downstairs so we could retrieve it. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Her manager was also very kind and accommodating. Excellent customer service all around—I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable, quiet, and dark all night! Madyson, at the front desk, was especially helpful. She was knowledgeable, confident, and friendly!
