Great, walked to the beach & the hotel was so accommodating!

Wonderful spot in Hollywood Beach

Perfect for college kids on spring break. Not so much for an adult traveling on business.
Pros:

Exceptional location a block from the beach and boardwalk. Common areas between buildings look nice.

Cons:

Room was only somewhat clean. Long hairs still on sink. Grimy. Paid in full via booking.com. Hotel then charged me in full minus $.01 which seemed intentional so a credit card wouldn’t flag it as a double pay. They credited it back, but kind’ve shady.

A good alternative place to stay with kitchenette if you don't want to go to a hotel
Pros:

The morning of my first stay, I went to reception to get the free coffee you offer--nice touch and I appreciated that but real milk or cream would have been a nice touch. Jesus was at the desk and he was a delight to talk to, very polite and professional and not nearly as glum as the person who greeted us on arrival the evening before. He also provided me with coffee filters since I had brought my own grounds to brew. I liked the free beach towels and that we had 2 bedrooms. In general, the room was nice, not spectacular, but nice. Plus, I met the adorable cat a day after that, another nice touch!

Cons:

I just felt that the man who checked me in on the evening that I arrived was not very friendly. I asked about a coffee maker in the room and he said they didn't provide that. I was surprised to hear it because the room picture showed a coffee pot. Well--there was a coffee pot in the room so he was wrong!. However, there were no filters to use it. But I did end up getting some.

Pros:

A couple of your staff members in the check-in department were wonderful. One was a little rude but two of them were great and I don't have any names.

Cons:

Well as I stated the one staff member was little rude. The bathroom by the reception and the laundry area is very very dirty that really could use a cleaning. Other than that it really was great. I've stayed here many many times and I will come back. I was sad to see your bikes not available, but it was nice to have the beach chairs.

The bathroom was filthy, with small hairs scattered everywhere, and the window was covered in mold. The room had a strong, musty odor of dampness that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The countertop was cluttered with a few snacks arranged to appear complimentary, but hidden beneath them was a price list—making it clear that they were not treats at all, but items for purchase. To make matters worse, parking is not included and must be paid separately.
