Our stay ended on the first night due to serious safety concerns.
Pros:

The location was convenient and suited my needs. The room itself was acceptable, and the check-in process was straightforward.

Cons:

Unfortunately, shortly after arriving, I witnessed a naked man on a nearby balcony behaving in an inappropriate and intimidating manner. As it was around 9:30 p.m., there was no reception staff available to report the incident. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and we no longer felt safe staying at the property. Although I had already paid for five nights, we decided to leave immediately. Due to severe thunderstorms, heavy rain, and numerous flight cancellations at Geneva Airport, accommodation in Ferney-Voltaire and Divonne was fully booked. We were unable to find another room that night and had no choice but to spend the night in our car before securing accommodation elsewhere the following day. I later reported the incident to the receptionist, who took my contact details and assured me that someone would contact me the next day, but I have still not received any response five days later.

Teils beschädigtes Mobiliar (Ecke an Türe abgeblättert) oder Tablar in Schrank fällt hinunter da nicht mehr richtig befestigt, stark abgenutzte Stühle im Raum, Bettdeckenanzug hatte Flecken.

Le personnel est très souriant et Jenny, la gérante nous a donné de bons conseils, à notre arrivée. Chambre simple et très bonne literie ! La kitchenette est un plus. Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Malheureusement, nous sommes venus avec la canicule !!! Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Le ventilateur n'était pas suffisant. Mais ce n' est la faute de personne... La pression de l'eau est faible, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de nous doucher.
Les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de jeunesse... Mais pour une nuit, c'était très bien 😁

Juste pour une nuit ça passe mais prix quand même un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité des l'hôtel

Cons:

Réception nulle très très compliqué de récupérer nos clefs et pas de petits déjeuners le dimanche matin ça c'est archi nul vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel
