The airport shuttle was very easy to locate. They were there waiting for us even though we were late getting there due to airport issues. The hotel is beautiful! Rooms also very nice. The breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was phenomal! I didnt know where to start first! Staff excellent! We will definitely go back when we need to stay in Bangkok! Highly highly recommended!

Great spot for a late arrival & early flight the next day. We arrived after 9pm and left at 4am. They had a shuttle service to pick us up & then took us first thing in the morning. Great service🙏

Nice size room, comfortable bed and the staff are super friendly. Just 10 mins from the airport, though transfers go only once an hour, so if you just miss one you’re waiting a while for the next.
The food was good, didn’t get to try any of the facilities.
