Great location, modern rooms , great staff, quiet , but close to all the nightlife

Best hotel for the money i ever stayed in

I cant find one thing to complain about, and i have stayed in many hotels in Thailand

nightmare because of front office staff
Pros:

basic hotel nothing much

Cons:

untrained staff
they did not let me leave the property even after i had made payment while checkin in
they held me back, looked at CCTV and realised their mistake, they had no clue of the payment made
but in the process i missed my bus to my onward journey HUGE LOSS FOR ME thanks to the untrained staff

Weird, I have never experienced bedbugs before and it was not addressed

Very nice hotel, well located.
We had nice big room, I bedroom and 2 bathroom.
We didn't opt for breakfast so cant comment. Staff were very helpful.
