1. Smoking Detector มีไฟกระพริบตลอดคืน ไม่เหมาะสมแก่การพักผอน
2. เข้าพักที่ centara เกือบทุกปี เห็นได้ชัดถึงการลดต้นทุนเกินไป เช่น ของใช้ในห้องน้ำ ทางลูกค้าไม่ได้เตรียมไป ต้องร้องขอพนักงาน เหมือนไปพักห้องเช่าราคาถูก ไม่สมกับเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว เพราะค่าห้องที่พัก 3000 +++ และ service ไม่น่าประทับใจโดยเฉพาะครั้งล่าสุด
3. พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์บาร์ ไม่ friendly ถามอะไรก็ตอบแบบเหยียดๆ ได้แต่แอบสงสัยในใจว่าเค้าไม่เหมาะกับอสชีพการบริการเลย

Excellent stay.
Pros:

I like everything about this facility. The closeness to Central Plaza was bonus. The staff were extremely helpful. Looking forward to my next stay. I will recommend this facility to my Youtube channel and hope to be back soon.

really clean, breakfast excellent choice and staff polite

Cons:

i think i have stayed at the hotel numerous times now and i think you should consider that for frequent stayers like myself not to have the deposit having to be taken, i think i have proved over the years that i am reliable and honest.

Big comfortable rooms. Quiet much much noise. Great location

Cleaner shower. Better ventilation needed in bathroom. Some mould starting to appear.
