I love the location of this hotel, but not the facilities. They should really spruce up the place.
Pros:

The location was very good, within walking distance to a few places of interest and a mall. The shower worked well. I was able to get an extra bed for my son easily.

Cons:

The hotel is rather old and rundown. It appears sad and tired. The aircon did not work well on the first night. Some of the electrical sockets were faulty and the TV didn't work because of that. There was a wet patch in the room when we checked in.

Cons:

The front desk staff & late check in. The front desk staff very rude and not corporate. And also their not professional. When i not happy because of late check in one if the staff not willing to help me.

Pros:

服务人员非常友好，满足了我们因为长途旅行劳累可以提前入住的请求，之后也因为一些设备问题，为我们更换了房间，单从服务上来说，完全符合五星级酒店的水准。

Cons:

酒店确实非常老旧了，但是这个价格也还能接受，希望未来可以重新装修一番。

Pros:

Chambres faites tous les jours avec commodites. La vue sur kuching surtout le soir. L emplacement plein centre. Bonne literie. Appt immense. Piscine sympa.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot. Acces piscine pas top.

気になる点は多いが、ロケーションが良いので全体的には良かった
Pros:

ショッピングモールや博物館などの施設に近い。
壊れていたバスルームの照明は直ぐに直してくれた。

Cons:

バスルームやエントランスの照明が切れていた。
窓はあるが駐車場の壁しか見えず、日中でも暗い。
冷蔵庫がない。
コンセントが少ない。
ベッド横の照明等のスイッチが一部壊れている。

Hotel 5 estrellas???
Pros:

La ubicación, situado al lado del Museo de Borneo, del Chinatown y del Waterfront de Kuching.

Cons:

Dicen que el hotel es de 5 estrellas, pero está muy viejo para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. En su día lo sería, pero a día de hoy, no llega casi ni a un 3 estrellas. Necesita una reforma integral urgente. A mi me pusieron en una habitación, que por fuera, la pared que daba a mi puerta, estaba comida por la humedad. Y dentro de la habitación, también tenía humedad. El WC estaba con el plastico levantado de la tapa. Con estas razones se puede comprobar que este hotel no es de 5 estrellas.

No se si la piscina funciona, ya que cuando estuve, no estaba en funcionamiento y para el calor que hace en Kuching se agradecería tenerla disponible; aunque les pregunté al personal de recepción y me dijeron que habían tenido problemas técnicos y por eso no funcionaba. El hotel está bien situado, pero por la situación, hay muchos mejores hoteles que este.

L'appartement est grand et la situation est proche de la promenade en bord de rivière.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très vétuste et mal entretenu. Il y a beaucoup d'humidité, la peinture des murs tombe, et ce qui se détériore n'est pas remplacé.. ainsi il manquait le tiroir du meuble de la salle de bain. Nous avons loué un appartement et la cuisine n'est pas équipée (pas de vaisselle). La piscine est mal entretenue également.

A grand hotel needing lots of TLC. Nice setting next to park and short walk to bus, foreshore and mall.
Pros:

Proximity to shuttle and Museum of Borneo Cultures. Lobby looks good. Cafe ok.

Cons:

Rooms need renovating - some bedcovers with dirty marks and brown holes. Damp bubbling on wall and black mould in shower. Toilet not working properly and leaking otherwise. Cloth on chairs ripped showing it is well worn. Carpet in halls not properly laid.

Was great location, and a place to sleep, but is a 3 star hotel at best.
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the waterfront, Chinatown, shopping centre and the bus to Smenggoh wildlife Reserve. The 3 bedroom suite was a good sized suite.

Cons:

The lobby is Grand living up to their websites 5 star hotel hype, but every other part of the hotel needs some real TLC, you wouldn't know the place was built in 1998- the same year as the Petronas Towers opened. I don't think the building has had a cent spent on it since opening day, which is a real shame as it could be a grand hotel.
