I am glad I only had to spend 1 night there.
Pros:

The only I liked about the hotel was the location. It was 800m from St. Joseph's Catholic Cathedral where I attended my late brother's wake and funeral mass.

Cons:

1. There was hardly any toiletries provided...only 1 small bottle of body wash.
2. The bath towels were old and frayed at the seams and sides. Also had some stains on it.
3. There was no foot rug when stepping out of the shower.
4. Only 2 pcs of bath towels were provided, no other towels.
5. The bedsheets also had stains on them.
6. The mattress was sunken at some parts of the bed.
7. The walls had stains on them.
8.The wood behind the doors were rotting.
9. The cover for the kettle was falling apart.
All this from a supposedly 5-star accomodation.

Pros:

Worst experience, not 4 star. Dusty and mouldy, on 10th Jan 2026 no running water at all, cannot use toilet, nearby mall and hotel has water available. No solution from management. The management is not trustworthy and irresponsible towards basic necessities of hotel guest.
