Good location. Not too busy street. Was corner shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. And the beach was 2 minute walk away. Cleaned room every day. Had a balcony. Friendly staff.

Отличное расположение,море через дорогу,кафе,магазины рядом.Номер просторный,чистый.Уборка каждый день,шампуни,гели,чай,кофе пополняют,питьевую воду дают 5 л в день,постель чистая,замена полотенец каждый день.Есть балкон,ванна,перебоев с горячей водой не было.Сначало взяли на три дня,потом продлили ,так как понравилось.Рядом хорошее кафе,если смотреть на отель,то оно справа от отеля,вкусно и недорого,ходили в разные,это понравилось больше ,цены дешевле,чем в других.Персонал приветливый,отзывчивый.
В номере нет стула,на балконе всего один,для двух человек это мало,захочешь посидеть или кофе попить,тогда по очереди.Больше всего напрягал громкий ,непрекращающийся шум от высоковольтных проводов,которые проходят совсем рядом с отелем ,приходилось закрывать дверь на балкон,чтоб немного меньше было слышно.
Clean and comfortable. Beach is a quick walk down the road and the old town is a few minutes away by bike. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
My room was politely upgraded. Fridge didn’t work and it felt like there was an attempt to double charge me that I caught which prompted the room upgrade. I could be wrong because I didn’t ask further questions about it though. Just remain vigilant as we all should while traveling around and you will be okay. Good location for food and close to the ocean. The balcony was nice, thank you for the upgrade.
Perfect staff very helpful building stay close to the beach
Perfect
Location is close to Cua Dai Beach, shops and our favourite restaurant next door. Good AC, good hot water. Decent view from the balcony and in a fairly quiet area. Bed was ok for a budget hotel. Was relatively cheap for the area but would pay the few extra dollars and stay somewhere a bit nicer. Note that Hoi An centre is about 4km or so, cheap Grab ride away.
Wifi was sketchy and unreliable, mentioned to staff but issue wasn't resolved. Shower hose not long enough to attach shower rose to wall. TV connected to terrible wifi so wouldn't stream or successfuly play satellite TV without stopping every minute, even phones struggled, we gave up on it. Electrical wires protruding from wall (taped up but far from safe) mouldy caulking but that's pretty common in VN. Wasn't terrible but considering the season, probably a little overpriced.
Didn't have breakfast, because I don't usually eat it.
