Het personeel van receptie tot schoonmaak waren perfect lief en aardig meedenkend en service verlenend alleen vond ik het ontbijt slecht geregeld geen ontbijt buffet aanwezig maar voor de prijs is het wel te doen

The hotel was not clean. Poor maintenence. Dirty towels. No proper toiletries.

Karol Bagh district is a bustling, filthy and chocking experience of the lowest order. The hotel is central to most of the car/motorbike shops. The hotel staff are excellent and try very hard to cater to all needs. The hotel itself is semi dilapidated with the utilities barely operable. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast was good. You need to have experience of very basic conditions if you are to endure staying at this hotel. It’s not the staffs fault as I said they are excellent unfortunately the building is not, oh and it’s noisy, very noisy.

The experience what I felt in this hotel is very good and those pillows blankets are more clean than what I expect, my family is very happy for you guys and the food we received is very tasty and cleanly served, totally unforgettable experience and memories.

Very comfortable and hygiene hotel. Hotel staff maintain decipline and maintaining the work. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner provide in time. .I am stay the hotel 3-4 days. Hotel staff are daily clean up the room. Total facility for the hotel are good.

The location is noisy and messy. In booking they mentioned availability of coffee maker , newspaper and two water bottle as complimentary but they never provided. Water bottle was charged and they also refused for electric kettle on demand. The room was not like three star as they claimed but it's more like dharamshala rooms. The reception desk was judgemental and unprofessional in handling customers. Food is bit ok in taste but seriously doubt on its hygiene at kitchen. They also demanded extra amount on check out which however they later confirmed not chargeable but it's looks so unprofessional at thier end.

Good facilities. Very nice hotel. Good staff. And very friendly environmental. I feel so happy there. It give me a pleasant. Weather of there are sunny. It's so superb hotel. Everyone please visit there just for time. It's very memoriable for you.

The male staff on duty was phenomenal! They were very helpful, very courteous, very prompt.

I hate when they take pictures of a model hotel room and then the hotel room you get is not as clean, or as updated. I think my definition of a three star versus Hotels.com‘s definition of a three star hotel is a little bit off.

However, it did the job. I flew in late, spent the night, was out the next morning. It served its purpose

Overpriced, a $25 hotel charging double that. Out of the way of sights .

Stayed for 2 nights with family . Room was good and spacious. Staff is very helpful arrange taxi for late nights to airport drop with reasonable price. Food services was great . With good variety . We enjoyed . Stay again soon. Location is perfect just 2 km from ndls train station.
