Hidden deposit requirement of $100 not mentioned upon booking. Guy at the reception was unpleasant to deal with. Incredibly slow check in process - everyday there were people sat in the lobby for several hours as they waited to be checked in (expect 4pm earliest). Cleaning service everyday was not completed before 4pm. Checkout requires you to wait for them to check your room before deposit return. Overpriced bar. No nightlights in room. Window in room did not lock. Gym benches are broken so can’t use it safely. Pool is a bit grimy. 1000thb fine if you dare drink an outside drink at the pool lol.

Unpleasant vibe created by all of the above when you’re meant to be relaxing.

Wouldn’t stay again there are better places to spend your money.

Overall this property was nice, room was a good size, nice pool, free breakfast was great. However, the check in and check out process was very annoying. I booked through Expedia and requested 2 twin beds but received a room with one double bed. I let the employees know this was not what I booked, but they did nothing to fix it. They seemed very very unorganized as I had booked this through Expedia, did not have records of it so they had to print out the receipt from my phone after taking a photo of it. Had me down as Mr. when I never indicated I was a male. Would not give us water when we asked. The pool was very nice. The check out process also took way too long. Please note this in case you are in a rush to get to the airport as it is an hour drive or longer. I tried to contact the property before I arrived about their shuttle service but they never replied. So, if you book through Expedia and try to message them there they won’t reply. My main issue was that I did not get the room that I had booked, and they did nothing to rectify their error. Otherwise, the location was good and close to a lot of stores and markets nearby and beaches.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They do not care about guests experience, just money. They fine for everything, oil from your hair gets on the bedding £45 charge, my child dropped a glass.. charge, they even charge if you lose a teaspoon! They didn’t even ask if my son was ok, just a letter in the room with a charge. They tried to charge for a telephone that was never in the room to start with, they make guests feel like you can’t relax as they charge for everything, I think they forget guests have paid to stay!
I felt like I couldn’t enjoy a day out as I was worried about what letters with charges would be waiting.
The family rooms are on the third floor with no lift, if you check out at night they will tell you there’s no porter & expect you to carry your suitcase down the stairs.
They do not clean the rooms, just sweep the sand and make the bed. Housekeeping does not even have any cleaning products. Staying for 2 weeks the rooms should be cleaned! The ‘clean’ towels are filthy & grey, ‘clean’ bedding is stained.
The pool is full of green algae around the edges and the communal toilet is always dirty.
The staff at the pool bar cannot calculate properly. They didn’t charge us for something and on our return from a day out there was a group of staff waiting for us with our passport photos in the lobby as if we were criminals. So humiliating!
A water tanker delivers water throughout the morning, so you will not sleep in as the lorry is right outside the room beeping as it reverses at 7am!
Honestly save your money and book another hotel, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

ご飯やプールの説明もなし。予約番号を見せてと言ってきて、チェックインに時間がかかりました。
間違えて大人2人で予約してしまい変更のメールをしましたが、返信なし。チェックイン時に言いましたが、無視。
コロナのテストを空港でするようにと言うメールが何度もきて焦りました2024年7月現在やっていないので、送るの辞めてください。
プールに飲食持ち込み禁止。水くらいよくないかと思う。
朝食はとてもおいしかったです。
ビーチまでは10分位で歩いて行けます。
空港からのエアポートバスのカタナイトプラザと言う停留所も7分位で行ける位置でした。
ナイトプラザには、屋台がたくさんあって二晩とも、そこで夕食をしました。
3000バーツのデポジットはちょっと高すぎかなぁと思いました。帰りに空港で換金しました。
プールは1.7mくらいの深さでちょっと深かった。
最後はスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれて、まあよかったかなと言う感じです。

This hotel cancelled my booking 1 week before we were due to stay - r tohis was a holiday for New Years Eve - there was no response to emails or phone calls - appalling and not to be trusted. I was left paying double the price for a lesser hotel because of the time of year.

There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎

The hotel cancelled our booking 2 weeks away from our New Years family holiday. I contacted the hotel several times via email, telephone and via Booking.com seeking information and re-book but received no response. I have now had seek alternative accommodation at an inflated price. Not acceptable and an appalling service from a hotel that clearly cannot be trusted.

Only a very short walk to the beach & all the bars & restaurants.. also a great little cocktail bus just outside!

* no hand soap provided in room!!!
* staff were friendly enough but didn’t feel they went above & beyond to make the holiday ( you would be lucky if anybody was ever around! )

All in all an okay hotel but probably would nit stay again as I’m sure there are better options available

För det första var våra rum dubbelbokade så vi skulle få ett annat i 2 nätter. Blev hänvisade ett ca 500 bort vilket visade sig när vi kom dit var ett skyffe. 3 tr upp utan hiss?? Frukosten var inte internationell. Baren vid poolen inte öppen. Lunch- o restaurang existerade inte. Dåligt med barnpooler. Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera.

Here now. Hotel very clean and swim up room lovely. But, thats about it. Non of the hotel facilities are open, once the mediocre breakfast is over you cannot get a drink or snack of any kind. There is a bar but closed. There are guests at the hotel but are forced to go out as the place is dead. Music sometimes in the moring but mainly nothing. No life, no atmosphere, not welcoming after a day out. Go elsewhere

Numbers of pools that will suit for everyone, the beach about 7 minutes away. Highly recommend.

La posizione è ottima, la sera si è circondati da ristoranti e mercati, si può uscire tranquillamente a piedi. L hotel è ottimo pulito e personale gentile. Una bella piscina anche se abbiamo sempre preferito il mare. Un aperitivo in piscina accompagnato da buona musica non si può perdere. Abbiamo avuto un problema all’arrivo perché io non avevo specificato che mia mamma camminava poco e le scale sarebbero state troppo pesanti, preferivo quindi avere due camere piano terra e vicine per fortuna dopo un po’ ci hanno trovato una posizione comoda è perfetta per noi.

This hotel was an absolute oasis in the crazy place of Kata beach.its literally 30 seconds from everything you need.
I emailed the hotel prior to my stay requesting a ground floor room, but on arrival I was given a third floor room, and after 24 hours I explained due to my mobility problems could I be moved. This was done with most professional manner I was taken on a golf buggy to be shown a ground floor room which was my little piece of heaven, it was a massive room with a private terrace with a small but lovely pool 2 steps away. My room was cleaned every day by the most courteous maid . I had a little problem with the WiFi but this was rectified straight away. The whole complex is exceptionally clean and every member of staff was delightful. I ordered room service on a few occasions and the food was excellent.
I would like to personally thank JK a gentleman on reception who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was lovely, even giving me his telephone number when I went out exploring using the local buses , to ensure I could ring him if I got lost.
I have travelled all over the world , but the hotel is probably the best I have stayed in because of the staff. I actually cried when I left.

We arrived after delayed flights from Chaign Mai and Bangkok so all tired to a lovely welcome. Spent 1 night in a room too small for the 5 of us and our 10 year old slept on the floor on a quilt! Offered to put an extra bed in but wanted £14 a night extra for the privilege. Moved the following day to a room 3 times the size and we were so much happier. Lovely clean pools, friendly staff that all go above and beyond. Good exchange rates available on site. We didn't eat at the hotel as too expensive x5 and the night market is 2 minutes away with so many food choices. We relaxed and totally enjoyed our week long stay and would return if ever back in Kata, fantastic price paid.

Great family location near the beach. Lots of local restaurants. Suitable for families. Would go back.

Frühstück ist auch Schleier geworden jeden Tag das gleiche
Immer Käse und Fleischwurst ( jeden Tag)
Nicht mal Pfannkuchen ( einmal auf Nachfrage bekommen )

We really enjoyed staying here great facilities apart from the gym which needs a little updating, great service, very affordable and very friendly staff, Jicko and his team really looked after us they couldn't do enough for us, we would certainly stay again, Lance, Angela, Abby & Maddie Hollis.

When we booked this hotel we didn’t realise just how much there was to it. It seemed to be joined to another hotel with shared facilities, 2 pools, a gym and spa. We loved the room, it genuinely felt like being at home, so cosy and colourful, great facilities and space. It is located near tons of restaurants and markets, not too far a walk to kata or karon beach either. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Given the price we paid for our stay we couldn’t believe our luck. It’s excellent value for money, would definitely recommend.
