Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

I recently stayed and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, the place was an absolute disaster. The lobby was unkempt, and the check-in process no one was there at all!

Once I finally got my room, I was horrified by the state of cleanliness. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had mold in the corners, and it smelled like something died in there. It was obvious that the management doesn't prioritize hygiene at all. I found hair in the bed and dust everywhere. How is it possible for a hotel to be this dirty?

Additionally, the amenities advertised were nowhere to be found. I had hoped for a relaxing stay, but instead, I spent my time trying to avoid the foul conditions of the hotel.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Hotel. It’s not worth the money, and the lack of cleanliness and poor service makes it a place best avoided!

Great Price for Great View... Budget friendly accommodation at its best
Pros:

I saw lots of bad reviews on this place and was sceptical... Well I was very surprised!! Staff friendly and breakfast was basic but free and hit the spot ! If you are wanting finer things don't book here but if you're looking for budget friendly and great location and views that are amazing this is your place !

Cons:

Only thing that we didn't like but dealt with it was the stairs (us being on top floor) but really we only walked them twice a day when leaving and coming 😊

this place should be demolished, we always stay in budget accommodation, our standards are not high by any means but this place is the worst place ive ever stayed, filthy dirty, mould everywhere it the first thing u can smell all the pool chairs broken, safes didn't lock doors on 3 out of our 4 rooms didn't lock, broken shower heads, no fresh water you weren't given fresh water or toilet paper, receptionist was the rudest lady appalling behaviour from her, had no water at all 2 days in a row and what topped our trip off was on the when we first arrived the owner resides on the second floor room above pool, we had the room below pool view, dog just barked and barked and then much to our disbelief the staff were cleaning the verandah of that room with a hose washing the dog faeces off in the pool i immediately confronted staff who laughed and said yes..... next day pool was filled with chemicals, no one used the pool from during our stay the smell and color was vile. staff doing dodgy money deals all night long, i could go on and on writing reviews isn't something i normally do but all the review are truthful and i usually like to make my own judgment on places but this place is atrocious and should be avoided at all costs, i just hope this place is shut down so others dont have to deal with this horror, i have made formal complaints to booking. com in hopes they no longer advertise it. the photos don't compare to how bad it is video of the faeces being washed into pool wont load photo of pool is before this but was still dirty hence why i took the photo.

A part le personnel sympa l'hôtel est a revoir surtout les salles de bains et literie
Pros:

Tout le personnel de jours comme de nuit super gentil
Notre chambre se trouvait au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et escaliers étroit,j'ai demandé qu'on nous change de chambre au premier Parfait
A 5 km a peu près du centre ville de patong 300 bath pour y aller
Une belle plage a 300 mètres avec location de chaises longues et parasols pour 100 bath par personne

Cons:

La salle de bain pas propre, le matelas on s'enfonce et a ressort
Les transat de la piscine tous troué on ne peut même pas s'assoir

Ucuz fakat konforsuz bi konaklama
Pros:

Tesisin konumu iyiydi, yürüyerek Kalim bay ve Patong sahile erişimi mümkün. Klima performansı çok iyiydi. Kaldığımız dönemdeki gece vardiyasındaki erkek resepsiyon da çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Cons:

Kaldığımız yer çok gürültülüydü yola yakın olduğu için. Odanın tuvaleti bozuktu, asansör yoktu, temiz değildi.
