Really friendly staff , thank you to Noi and the team, we had a great stay.Also Zindy was really helpfull at the tourism stand in the lobby. Rooms clean and spacious. Really good atmosphere.

This is one of the best resorts we ever stayed in!! From check in to check out, personal service was top notch!! Amazing room with balcony connecting to the beautiful pool, attending porterage personnel and very helpful hotel staff!! We have never felt so relax before and would definitely recommend Nipa resort!!
Very good hotel and good location, amazing service who helped us a lot even in the middle of the night. The pool was amazing! We came for the beach but we stayed in the pool all days. Will definitely come back!
What can i say,nipa resort is one of the most beautiful places in patong.i can only say a big big thank you to you all.
The catering staff were absouluty kind,so friendly,and we love them for there kindness shown to us.i cant find the paper with there names,but they will know its for them fom us.the chef made the best tuna salad ever and i cant thank her also for her thai cooking advice..thank you also to the men in the bar accomodating my chardannay with a dash of ice.your service is tops as well.thank you to concierge staff who welcomed us with a warm smile and a glass of hibiscus tea..you all should be proud of yourselves.thank you to the cleaning staff who do a hard job every day.you are appreciated .we are going to miss each and everyone of you and take home such fond beautiful memories of nipa resort.to the owner or manager.you have a great community of such dedicated staff, where nothing is pain to accomodate. Lovely clean hotel, with really friendly staff. I would like to mention Noi who worked along side the receptionn staff. Fantastic guy, very helpful and friendly.
This hotel is slap bang in the middle of Patong, so no taxis will be needed for a night out.
Pool is lovely, tho could do with more sun loungers. Food and the breakfast is lovely. Brilliant cocktails at a reasonable price. Even have buy one get one free from 2pm to 5pm.

Every single one of them go above and beyond ❤️ the food in the restaurant was the best food we had in Thailand, such friendly service from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, Pleng, duan & Liu were all great. Amazing value for money
The Hotel was very good. There was everything you need The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . KAN and YA were really good and always had a smile for everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On Valentines day chocolates were left for the guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view over the pool from the balcony was lovely. There are shops nearby . There was lots of information regarding trips and these were made easy by the lady just outside the entrance who happily organised everything for us.
Stayed at Nipa as part of a week-long golf trip. Great hotel, outstanding pool and 3hr happy hour with 2-for-1 cocktails. Tasty snacks including pizzas. Highly recommend

This is a great little oasis within a busy part of town. A chilled and relaxed atmosphere, surprisingly quiet throughout with a beautiful pool and pool bar area. The hotel is clean and the all the staff are friendly. The rooms were spacious and cool. The hotel food was very good and value for money. The restaurant staff were great, especially the 2 ladies Ya and Kan who always greeted you with a smile. Well recommended and would return.
We were upgrsded to a beautiful room with our own outdoor jacuzzi. All the staff were so kind especially Noi was super helpful and nice!
Lovely people but no aircon for 3 night's running, booked over a year ago ended up in a front room with a very busy rd ,hospital opposite so constantly loud sirens, could not sit out on the front .left for a couple of days break to get some sleep. Never again

Great Hotel, rooms have fridge, AC,TV WiFi large bed. Hotel has swimming pool, Spa, Bar,and restaurant also small gym. The staff are really friendly especially Bille who runs the pool side bar, his cocktails are fantastic, every one served correctly. We ate in the restaurant a few times and was always welcomed and served by Duan, she helped us choose our food and explained what some of the ingredients were. She was very efficient and polite. We would definitely come back again. Peter& Sally.
