Had the most amazing stay at nipa resort! I have never been so accommodated by staff before. Every single one of them go above and beyond ❤️ the food in the restaurant was the best food we had in Thailand, such friendly service from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, Pleng, duan & Liu were all great. Thankyou so much for an amazing stay

Amazing value for money
The Hotel was very good. There was everything you need The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . KAN and YA were really good and always had a smile for everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On Valentines day chocolates were left for the guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view over the pool from the balcony was lovely. There are shops nearby . There was lots of information regarding trips and these were made easy by the lady just outside the entrance who happily organised everything for us.
Stayed at Nipa as part of a week-long golf trip. Great hotel, outstanding pool and 3hr happy hour with 2-for-1 cocktails. Tasty snacks including pizzas. Highly recommend

This is a great little oasis within a busy part of town. A chilled and relaxed atmosphere, surprisingly quiet throughout with a beautiful pool and pool bar area. The hotel is clean and the all the staff are friendly. The rooms were spacious and cool. The hotel food was very good and value for money. The restaurant staff were great, especially the 2 ladies Ya and Kan who always greeted you with a smile. Well recommended and would return.
We were upgrsded to a beautiful room with our own outdoor jacuzzi. All the staff were so kind especially Noi was super helpful and nice!
Lovely people but no aircon for 3 night's running, booked over a year ago ended up in a front room with a very busy rd ,hospital opposite so constantly loud sirens, could not sit out on the front .left for a couple of days break to get some sleep. Never again

Great Hotel, rooms have fridge, AC,TV WiFi large bed. Hotel has swimming pool, Spa, Bar,and restaurant also small gym. The staff are really friendly especially Bille who runs the pool side bar, his cocktails are fantastic, every one served correctly. We ate in the restaurant a few times and was always welcomed and served by Duan, she helped us choose our food and explained what some of the ingredients were. She was very efficient and polite. We would definitely come back again. Peter& Sally.

Chef phueng and another lady if she wasn’t there made amazing omelettes . I got up early for the breakfast apart from one morning and it was busy . The staff worked extremely hard filling stuff up and sorting tables

We had an amazing stay at Nipa Resort Patong. The service was truly exceptional and everything was excellent from start to finish.
What really makes this place special is the people. Everyone is incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming, and they genuinely make you feel at home. A special mention to NOI, who was always helpful and friendly, especially when assisting with our luggage, always with a smile and great energy. Also, the lovely lady in the morning who prepares breakfast deserves a big thank you, she makes the best omelets ever, absolutely delicious!
The atmosphere, the staff, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Patong.

The pool is a bit cooler than the sea (January) and there is only one ”sunny side” for the deckchairs
The hotel is nice, tidy with friendly staff. The best man is Noi super friendly, helpful and very good person. Room was cleaned every day no issues with that at all. Hotel wi-fi was interrupted some times but for us it wasn’t a big problem. In general we liked the hotel 4 stars just for the location a little bit too far away from patong beach on the map it looks closer but in real it takes about 20 min to walk. Hotel provides shuttle transfer to the beach and back but it’s not upon request and not always suitable.
The service from the workers was amazing NOI was amazing and helped us with everything we needed, it was clean and the atmosphere was lovely! We had everything we needed
