The best location and super helpful staff. The facilities were excellent, spotless and practical. In house services, such as the washing was also good and the food was amazing! X

Pros:

La piscine était super agréable, le lit immense !, le petit déjeuner très bon, et le restaurant attaché pour le soir excellent.

L'emplacement était bien et pratique mais l'environnement pas très joli (sur un gros carrefour)

The staff here are friendly and helpful a young lady Sam is so sweet, can't do enough for you which increased the experience. The rooms are reasonable for the price, bed comfy but nothing more

Lovely clean hotel, great room and great staff.
Pros:

Great room - huge! We were in too floor. Very clean. Staff amazing, breakfast had great choices too. A 5 minute walk to the palace and river area. We had their driver take us from Hue to Hoi An and he was amazing too.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper - request a top floor room as this hotel if right on the junction of some busy streets that can be noise due to traffic. We were on 8th floor so not a problem for us.

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The hotel staff went above and beyond. So kind and helpful. There service and stay exceeded my expectations. Rooms were spacious and comfy. The restaraunt food was delicious. Hotel conveniently located by nearby shops, café, and restaurants.

Pros:

Great hotel very close to all attractions .Spacious rooms great staff .Nuong in the restaurant went above above and beyond with her recommendations of where go sightseeing and eating drawing maps etc really friendly and helpful .
