Clean. Helpful reception.
Great room - huge! We were in too floor. Very clean. Staff amazing, breakfast had great choices too. A 5 minute walk to the palace and river area. We had their driver take us from Hue to Hoi An and he was amazing too.
If you are a light sleeper - request a top floor room as this hotel if right on the junction of some busy streets that can be noise due to traffic. We were on 8th floor so not a problem for us.

Location was perfect, on the edge of town, lovely staff, we arrived super early and opted for early check in. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and plentiful Hot water with pressure!!
We ate a couple of times in the restaurant which was very good. At breakfast there is a chef preparing fresh omlettes which is a lovely touch. Really recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel können wir nur empfehlen. Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und sauber,das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.Die Altstadt und der Fluss ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Auch die alte Kaiserstadt ist in 10- 15 Minuten erreichbar.
