Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ và tiện nghi. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Ks nằm trên đường Lê Lợi rất tiện đi thăm các điểm du lịch.

Khách sạn toàn khách Tây, chắc có mỗi gdinh tôi là người Việt. Rất yên tĩnh, lịch sự, không ồn ào.
Sảnh đợi rất thơm,sạch sẽ,đẹp theo đúng phong cách xứ Huế.

Cons:

- ga nệm còn có mùi mồ hôi của khách trước. Có thể nặng mùi,không tẩy hết, mùi hôi gây ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ.
- tiêu chuẩn chất lượng chưa đạt 5 sao.

Luxurious. Lovely!
Pros:

Really super beautiful place. Loved it. Breakfast was busy, but good. The place was immaculate. Very good location (near the river and a couple of good pagodas). Truly luxurious.

As awful as awful goes.
Pros:

Just don’t. Looks great, could be great - with adjustments. Like a kilometre closer to the centre , a staff training programme - professional yes - but don’t expect a genuine welcome or even a smile, let alone assistance or engagement. Then there’s the ever pervasive smell of sewage at the pool. And don’t expect to relax at the pool - Think instead 1960’s holiday camp - screaming kids - and parents. Who let them out. Maybe I just got there on a bad weekend.

Pros:

After traveling with kids for a week this place was a real oasis in the hot and bussy city. Kids love the pool and the kids club. Food was great and it was such a nice change to eat in the cool restaurant as the weather was so hot and exhausting. We higly recomend this place. Location was perfect, and staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location, service, staff and food in a great central location!
Pros:

Food and services were excellent. The pool and even service by the pool were great! My family especially loved the variety at breakfast. Adjoining rooms were great for families of more than 4-5 people. Location was perfect and easy access to everything in Hue.

Cons:

Our room, just across from the elevators, could get a little noisy at times.

Tôi không dùng bữa sáng trong khách sạn. Vị trí đi lại thuận lợi, tuy nằm ở trục chính của thành phố Huế nhưng ở phía đầu ga Huế nên khá yên tĩnh, mát mẻ. Khách sạn chỉnh chu từng góc. Có nhiều góc để các bạn trẻ chụp ảnh, người trung niên thư thái thưởng thức không gian và cafe
