Luxury hotel in walking center of Hue
Pros:

Perfect location for walking not far from the Citadel. Perfect breakfast and pool. We loved to rent some books.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay ! Staffs were friendly and helpful . The swimming pool and garden area was well taken care of and pleasant to swim and cool off at the end of the day! The location is within 5 minutes walk from the railway station so it was very convinient to take the tourist train to Da Nang.

Cons:

We chose a room with river view. but not quite the sceary as we had expected.. Outside was a busy street with many bikes (but fortunately not so noisey when we close the window.)

Bon séjour, mais très frustré par la qualité de la chambre.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec un King bed. Un supplément correspondant à 22% du prix du séjour nous a été réclamé pour l’ajout d’un deuxième lit, la chambre devenant alors trop exigüe. Ce n’est pas normal pour un établissement de ce standing.

Pros:

Brekky was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Locayed close to thr Hue railway station but far from the centre.

Cons:

Bellhop was rude, very rude! Made us want to cancel before we had even checked in.

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel décoré avec bon goût
Pros:

Tout est parfait : de la décoration au personnel en passant par le petit déjeuner
C est un endroit vraiment exceptionnel

Cons:

Le seul petit problème c’est qu’il est un peu loin des quartiers animés mais on peut le faire à pied ou en grab
