Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were very good, including a mini refrigerator, television, air conditioning, and a locker for safety, which made the stay more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 😊

Satisfactory stay if you’re in a budget. If you can afford slightly better, opt for somewhere else.
Pros:

Hotel property and rooms are clean. Amenities are sufficient, and the location is good. Room service prices were fair and quality is good. Staff response is very attentive and good. Excellent gym managed by private company and complimentary for hotel guests.

Cons:

We chose a Queen size bed, and it was not comfortable. No proper sleep. Bath towels quality needs improvement and color shows wear of usage. Air conditioning needs to be managed well in order to attain full cold capacity (example dimming lights, turn off extraction fan in bathroom). Parking was kind of full possibly due to events and not hotel staying guests. Swimming pool is not worthy of a mention.

Will avoid this hotel for next visit

The price was attractive

Cons:

Towels provided was not as expected.
I was white while the other was visibly greyish white. Staff was indifferent, they needed to be reminded to top up empty trays all the time at breakfast.

Nice place to stay in ipoh
Pros:

Cafe and kids playground is a nice place to be in.
We had sahoor there and the foods were ok.

Cons:

The room got some smell..i had to ask for some air freshener

It was a brief stay but very pleasant..might stay here again in future
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast with plenty of dishes to choose from..both Asian and western.Nice ambience without been over crowded.I like the transparent elevator with a excellent view of the dinning floor area.

Cons:

I would prefer a coffee corner in the room rather than having to collect the drinking water from the hallway.Its quiet tedious of elderly person like me.
