Great stay overall. The security guard was very helpful, and the doorman had the nicest smile.

Cons:

I requested a room with a connecting door during check-in, but initially encountered some difficulty and was told it could not be arranged. A few hours later, I spoke with another staff member who was very accommodating and assisted me promptly with the request. I greatly appreciated his helpful attitude and willingness to find a solution. Overall, I hope the hotel can ensure a more consistent guest experience across all staff interactions.

La propreté est irréprochable. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour avec soin et toutes les fournitures nécessaires étaient systématiquement renouvelées, aussi bien dans la chambre
La vue et incroyable en plus la piscine trés propre

L’isolation phonique est excellente, ce qui garantit un calme et un confort remarquables pour se reposer.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement parfait.
