Things i like :-

1) The room were just nice for us 2 adults and 3 child (9, 4 & 1 years old)

2) Free wifi

3) Swimming pool is kids friendly

4) Food meets my taste

5) Beach at the backside of the hotel 🥰

Cons:

The problem as below :-

1) Parking lot in front of the hotel is limited. U have to park at tanjung point building if there is no vacant. U also have to wave the t&g card at the receiptionist everytime u want to go out (if u park your car at tanjung point).

2) Cheking in on 1st June and chekout at 3rd june. But the access card need tp be renew the access on 2nd june. Seems like they don't know we are going the checkout on 3rd june.

3) Lots of crows at the hotel's cafe.

4) Checking in takes time and need to be improve.

Heaven !

I love the view from my room. The breakfast was good, many choices and suit my taste.

MERCURE HOTEL
Pros:

The hotel is kept in a pristine condition and the service is really impressive. Mercure will always be my first choice whenever I visit Penang Island. I have been staying there for sometime now and the cleanliness is always there along with the wonderful services from their security guard to the reception. Everyone is very helpful and we never faced any issues with the rooms and the service.

Cons:

I did not like the service in the restaurant. Usually when I order a cup of teh tarik it is amazing but this time I was a little disappointed with the teh tarik and the pizza that I ordered I hope they would work on it as it is always amazing but this time I was lowkey disappointed with the way the pizza was served and the drinks tasted awful it did not feel like a 4-star restaurant.
