Comfortable enough for a one night stay. Price was exorbitant for what it was.

Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly

Cons:

THe first thing I noticed when I walked in the building was that the carpet was badly soiled. Not a good first impression. no food at the bar, bartender was trying to cook and bartend. Room was weirdly decorated..

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Phoenix. The room was exactly as described in the listing and met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
The facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, making the overall experience enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and quickly assigned our room without any issues.
Overall, a great experience and a solid choice for staying in Phoenix. I would definitely consider staying here again.
