Se la camera da sulla strada si sentono un pò di rumori ma la cosa è sopportabile. Avevamo prenotato due camere executive uguali ma ce ne hanno dato una di quel livello e una di un livello inferiore molto più piccola e anche con il bagno molto più piccola.

Also, cheating on the issue of getting the room - if you give them an extra 50% upon arrival, you get the room early because it is available, and this is - cheating for its own sake!

Elevator was slow

It was a little misleading as i thought the property had a pool and a spa but it didn’t. Maybe it was false advertising

The room had a bad smell and there was a lot of noise from outside. There was a bar nearby with very loud music until 3 a.m., and the windows did nothing to block the sound, so we could also hear noise from other rooms. The staff was not helpful at all, and the doors were worn and damaged. The breakfast was poor and offered no choices.

Water leaked out of the shower and flooded the floor, and when we reported it to reception, they insisted there was no problem, even though they were already aware of it. They also asked us to pay a security deposit at check-in. The facilities were old, and the walls were cracked.

Communication of staff

Upon check in, no one told us that our room had been upgraded. As the room looked similar to the one we booked. It was only when we requested if a late check out was available, Nha confirmed that we had to pay the fee for the cost of the room we were staying in & not the cost of the room in our original booking. When we tried explaining this & mentioned it was not made clear and we was never told about a room upgrade, she was not interested and kept insisting that we had to pay a higher fee. In addition, the hotel had no iron. They only offer an iron service which comes at an addition cost.

Also sections of the floorboards were missing in our room.

We were given rooms in a connecting building, so there stairs up and down to get to our rooms, inconvenient for elderlies.
