We have always enjoyed staying here. However, the lobby air conditioner was not working making check in

The people were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cool love it and stay, the bed not so much, the mattress seemed to have saw its better days, other than the bed, everything else was top notch

2nd stay with 90 days. Will never stay again. Still no pool, no exercise room nor any answers to when they may reopen; this time no AC in the lobby. Breakfast at 80+ degrees with fans blowing, the front doors wide open letting in bugs & mosquitoes. The outside looks of the building are atrocious. Oh, we were able to watch employees washing their personal vehicles on two consecutive days. Again, never, ever, again. We had friends accompany us from FL for a funeral and mold was found in their room.

Why fans in halls & lobby virtually no outside area even pop machines were empty no ice even

This was a great overnight visit

It was clean, inexpensive, safe and comfortable. No frills. Did have a breakfast. The staff was so nice, from the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff. Very nice and friendly. The food service staff was very helpful.

The hotel is older and it shows. But overall the experience was not bad. I would stay there again

Rooms are outdated. Old Blood stains on sheets plus a couple random hairs.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the lobby had a strong unpleasant odor and no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable right away. Our room was dirty and felt very outdated, and we even spotted a couple of small roaches.

The building’s exterior looked run-down, and the overall upkeep seemed poor. Their “marketplace” area was completely empty, breakfast was subpar, and our room was missing basic amenities like hangers. Even the room phone was broken—it didn’t even have a cord.

On top of that, there were sketchy people hanging around outside the building, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I hope management takes steps to make some serious improvements.

For the price the room was acceptable. Certain members of the front staff have no business being in the hotel business. While sitting in lobby one afternoon I did happen to see the general manager of the property in action and that encounter made it clear why the staff might not be so cheerful.

Everything was severely outdated, dingy, beat up, and dirty. I left and stayed across the street. Do not recommend.

The smoke detector in our first room was beeping.
It looked like the bathroom in our second room was under renovation.

The property was clean, extremely convenient to local and interstate access with a multitude of shopping, dining and excursion activities within minutes. However, the property is looking very old. There was an obvious oil stain at the front door walkway to the parking lot, in the center of the very washed out logo, that had been there for hours on Saturday on still there upon departure on Sunday. Ice machines inoperable making one go to the front desk each time ice was needed. No juices of any type offered at breakfast, although other options were plentiful. Clean lobby with live plants a major plus. And finally, the pool and the fitness center were inoperable.

This is a very run down Comfort Inn. Place is in need of major repairs. Sheets were stained. Rooms have moldy smell. Check the area before booking here. Lots of other choices for a place to stay. Would never stay here again .

It was a cheap option for a quick stay. The attention to detail for cleanliness was non existent. Many items in the room and hotel overall were in desperate need of repair. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great Staff and really clean building.

The room and bathroom were very dirty, outdated, and had a bug or two. Elevator was broke and had a mind of its own. Room keys didnt work upon check in. Evening staff that checked us in tried her best to get things going. She was very nice. Morning staff were rude and talking about guests amongst each other in the open during breakfast. Breakfast was very limited and not good. Very disappointing. Better options to stay right in the parking lot. Save yourself the headache and walking up and down 4 flights of stairs.

It was a great place to stay

The bathroom was disgusting. Piles of dirt in every corner. The wall was coming apart from the wood. The list goes on and on. I have pictures.
