Good location.
Great staff at breakfast.

Cons:

I got a room below street level.
The sofa bed had a terrible mattress, even for kids. Very thin foam, you could feel the inner springs.

Lovely stay in San Antonio. Great location with good local bars. Check out parking options before you check in.
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Laundry facility was great. Room was very nice and spacious.

Cons:

Parking was very expensive until we were told about City Parking. I would have appreciated this being highlighted, by Marriott, prior to arrival.
I’d have preferred to have two lifts working and the ice machines working in my floor.

The location was probably the only thing this hotel has going for it

Cons:

Our room was right next to the breakfast area which was noisy in the morning. The room was poorly lit and the view was a planter and trash can in the pool area. We tried to get our room moved and were told to check in the morning. When my husband went to inquire about switching our room, he was met with a lady at the front desk who was rude and very unprofessional

Great place to stay!
Pros:

The entire staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful! Good breakfast and comfortable, clean rooms. The location's proximity to the Riverwalk is a nice short walk.

Pros:

Close to downtown and Riverwalk within walking distance. Clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Valet was not there when we arrived. Another valet had to come help from another hotel. One elevator broken.

Great place to stay in San Antonio
Pros:

Its location is unbeatable.
The staff were extremely polite.
The room were spatious and comfortable.
We were travelling with our baby, and we had everything we needed.
Our room included a bath that turned out to be very helpfull when cleaning our baby.
We would absolutely come back again and recommend it to other people.
