A true gem downtown
Pros:

Was a great stay, staff was very friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping. On the way out they had a parade going on and Brandon got us to our car so we didnt miss our flight out. Props to him for getting us on our way so we didn't miss out flight

①リーズナブルな価格のホテルだった。
②ダウンタウンの中心にあり、主要観光所に非常に近かった。
③スタッフと非常に打ち解けて楽しく会話できた。
④週末（金、土）の夕方に食堂で「ウェルカム・サービス」が企画され参加できた。
⑤部屋にはキッチンがあり、自炊できる設備は他にない初めての経験だった。
⑥ロビーには「ウェルカム・サービス」として工夫した飲み物が準備されていた。

Cons:

①固定のシャワーを使う際に冷水をかぶることになり辛かった。
②部屋が広い割に照明が暗かった。

El desayuno estuvo más o menos, podían ofertar algunas cosas más

Cons:

El comedor demasiado chiquito, deberían de tener parqueo gratis o no tan caro el día con el ballet parking, me estacione en los parqueo de la calle y 3 días que estuve estacionado pague menos que lo que me cobraba el hotel por casi un día 45 dolares diarios se me hace un abuso con los turistas.

Shameful response during Texas ice storm
Pros:

The ice storm that came through Texas made it completely unsafe to travel. I live three hours away and had no way to get to this hotel without putting myself at serious risk. SeaWorld, where we had tickets, was understanding and immediately offered us a raincheck. Unfortunately, this hotel showed no such compassion.

They refused both a refund and even a credit, simply saying “sorry, no exceptions.” I contacted Marriott corporate and was told the decision was up to the hotel — and the hotel chose not to do the right thing.

This was an uncontrollable weather emergency, not a change of mind. The lack of empathy and basic customer care is shameful. I won’t be returning.

Excellent experience and valet service
Pros:

I had a wonderful time with everything being so close in distance and Tommy with valet helped so much and made the experience easier with parking assistance and directions easy to follow
