There was construction going on & they only notified us a day before our arrival that there's renovation going on & the pool is closed. Wifi was not available during our stay.

Cons:

Only one of the two elevators was working. Construction workers using the same elevator as guests caused an inconvenience. In my opinion, the hotel should have had both elevators working. One for the guests and one for construction.

It was quite comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to the Pruneyard.
Pros:

I thought the staff I worked with were professional and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was in the midst of renovation. But I could work around that. Any noise didn't bother me all that much. But the refrigerator was kind of broken. The partition dividing the freezer part from the rest was missing. I mentioned this, but nothing came of it. Not the end of the world but disappointing. Again, probably this was because they were renovating, and could see old mattresses and such being thrown out.

I was there for one night and will most likely stay there next time I’m in town.
Pros:

Location was fine room was quiet,clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was expensive will go somewhere else next time I stay here.

Cons:

As noted above, the price for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches was expensive.

Location was great. Needed to be near our family for graduation activities. Comfortable room.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Hotel was quiet. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

lighting was lacking. Tried to do make-up in the bathroom, terrible lighting. Room was dark.

Pros:

Location was great, we did not get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it was great!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
All together a great experience.

Cons:

Only thing I did not like was that the Starbucks cafe was not open when we checked out. We were both looking forward to a coffee beverage but unfortunately, they were closed.
