Service was terrible checking in. Rang the bell 4 times, searched all over for someone and finally ended up calling them.
Rooms were dark, furniture was dingy and gross and the carpet was coming off the floor. They put me on the third floor by myself and left all the other doors on the rooms open. Odd but not the deal breaker. They never cleaned the bathroom, so it was filthy, dirty towels still in there and the floor was disgusting. At one time they did some drywall repair and just never finished the work! AC did not work in the second room they gave me.
They could not figure out how to print a receipt when I checked out. Should have refunded my card for 2 nights but only did one and never emailed a receipt like they said they would. I do NOT recommend staying here!

I liked their location and the price

Cons:

It smelled very moldy and musty. The metal in the room was rusted. All the creamer packets in the room were hard. I also didn't like that the pre-check in didn't clarify that they were charging my card when I thought I was going to pay at the property and our key cards stopped working an hour earlier than check out.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room was well stocked and clean other than some light stains on the bedspread and couch. The location was good and they accommodated my request to be in a room in the backside of the hotel to reduce highway noise. The room was spacious and had a lot of room to move around and put our belongings. It was really great that it had a microwave and small refrigerator!

Cons:

The hot tub didn't have hot water. There was gravy on the breakfast bar, but no biscuits. The employee told us they had apparently forgotten to order them this month. 🤔
There was no Bible in the nightstand and the drawers in all of the dressers had stains, so I didn't us the drawers as I normally do when I stay in a hotel.
