The elevators was soo slow

The outside garage in the gated area stayed overflowing onto the ground causing a smell
The breakfast menu was standard. They accommodated an early check-in. The room was thoroughly cleaned.

Everything was clean and almost all the staff were enjoyable with smiles.
I registered at check in for late check out due to my husband being in a late meeting and at check out they first came to clean the room which I thought was funny because I requested late check out. They then called my room saying they did not see that I reserved late check out and would have to pay an extra $75 if I were to not leave soon. So I packed all my things and am now in my vehicle til 4pm at least not knowing where to go or what to do. The guy who called my room also had a snooty attitude with me on the phone. Other than this I enjoyed my stay.
I booked and checked in and pay for cash. They charge me for no show or cancellation fee. The front desk asked me to dispute and they keep charging. I filed a complaint and disputed again and again. I also provides them my receipt that’s I am there and paying cash. I am not booked this place again. Bad service and give me too much issues to going back and forth.
