Worst resort experience! Don’t ruin your hoLi day!
Pros:

1. Property not up kept to Intercontinental brand standard.
2. Misleading marketing information that there is golf course - it is not operational
3. Very poor maintenance. We paid extra for a room with attached hot spring just to find a pathetic area with cracked and stained mosaic pool and rusted valve box. Lost appetite on seeing the condition.
4. Found gross disgusting big clumps of algae floating in the outdoor landscape pond adjacent to the hot spring pool.
Worst resort experience ever!

Facilities are aged but no replacement
Pros:

Some outdoor facilities are stopped. It may be no guests to use so closed. If this is the case, the hotel should replace these by other new facilities instead of still keep it in the location map. Pls consider.

Except for the outdoor facilities, staff, spa and taste of food of two restaurants are good and recommended.

酒店很好, 可惜房間有蚊
Pros:

酒店有室內外泳池, 溫泉池, 很適合小朋友及寶寶入住。
酒店的環境很好, 員工回應快捷。唯獨酒店內的水池長期乾水, 沒有啟動, 影響美觀。
可惜酒店大堂酒吧沒有開, 而行政酒廊早打烊。
酒店的自助早餐選擇少, 食物質素差, 但員工質素很好, 態度有善。

Pros:

房間非常寬敝，設備也很好，但自2009年建好後估計搞不旺不多投資在維修保養人才管理方面，更不用說與時並進。 有好處或是浸溫泉的人，節日里都不多。

整体比较舒适。

整体不错，就是酒店偏陈旧，入住时在翻新装修。酒店位置有点远。自助晚餐，买一送一。很划算。

能放鬆心情的酒店
Pros:

酒店大且舒適、床舒服！酒店餐廳雖然種類少，但食物品質及服務員態度殷勤有禮，不過中菜廳冷氣冷氣不足，其他冷氣尚可。外牆有維修工程，代表酒店有聽取意見改善酒店外牆作保養。酒店房內溫泉沒有準備溫泉水而是自己自行開放，不過整體環境可以放鬆心情，早餐種類多。酒店距離市區遠建議三日兩夜裏便設施多地方大，有哥爾夫球場，所以最好預留多些時間玩設施。

Great break away
Pros:

This was my 3rd visit and this time I took a group of friends. We had a wonderful time. Our rooms were great, the buffet dinner and breakfast were very good and we enjoyed our time in the hot pools.We organised taxis to meet us in Shenzhen and the 2 hour drive was well worth it. We are already thinking about returning.

Pros:

酒店冷氣從來不足，竟然要客人在房間內等工程部到來修理，第二天又等第二次，最終換房了問題也未解決，也得忍受，第三天早上九點還停電了一吓子，跟著，全酒店冷氣也沒有，到餐廳午飯時，叫服務員取用風扇，態度極差，愛理不理，還沒有回應，這是入住不同州際酒店以來最不接受的一次！！！

會所設施勁差，完全沒有保養。入了酒店，除了游泳，什麼都沒有。感覺十分差，我以後都不会再到這酒店

Short Break
Pros:

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as our first. It isn't the easiest of places to get to but once there it is worth it. Pools are great. Staff are excellent. Room and bed very comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay.

聽聞惠州浸溫泉好好，但今次超失望，本來book了間別墅，別墅有2个私家溫泉，一心去溫泉，但原來很久沒人用溫泉池，叫了洒店服務員清潔，但他們也'沒有切地清潔，溫泉無流黃味，洗澡的水力又不求，房入面又有汚水，總之不似別墅。中餐廳超貴，吃1條多寶魚要220元人民幣，為一可取之處是環境優雅，遠離都市。
