Swimming pool water and area dirty. No place to sit to enjoy family

Pros:

It smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

On entering the room, someone had sat on bed, TV was on, and there was a walmart on desk. It looked like someone had used it for their break. It was clean otherwise.

Hotel as a whole was way below my experience with Holiday Inn. Very run down and not real clean

The bathroom was awesome the room was okay not the great but overall wasn’t bad!

The outside could use a little tlc but other than that it was great ! No complaints from me!

It is a lovely hotel. Clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Food was delicious. Plenty of nice parking also. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Extremely nice front desk lady. They said there wasn’t a king bed even though I ordered and was available online. The lady called the manager and they got me into a king size bed just as ordered. Amazing service here. Idk what the bad reviews are about I’m pretty happy to find my new hotel when I go to Lubbock. Will surely be back.

Cons:

The glass was shattered all throughout the building as it does look a mess but nothing to rate negatively since I’m just there to sleep and don’t notice it. Also wish the curtains actually shut all the way they are the partial curtains that lets light in all night. Luckily I was tired so didn’t keep me up but did notice it before going to bed.
