Excellent staff on reception and shuttle to Hard Rock. Good information. Very supportive and very clean and up to date. Good outside areas very restful

So bright, clean, and new looking. LOVED the music theme everywhere. Fun little details everywhere you looked. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Micro, fridge, coffee in the room. Temperature wasn't a struggle with the thermostat. Did not have the gross musty a/c smell. The included breakfast was just right. (Omelettes, waffles, sausage, potatoes, cereal, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc)

Cons:

The ice maker outside in the middle of the night sounded like a wood chipper. Might be a good idea to put it in a closed room.
