Awesome visit, but a short stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville and had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me, and the entire property felt well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I can’t think of a single downside. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful—it was a great stay!

Disappointing!
Pros:

Usually a motel rated 4.5 is pretty nice. I feel like this motel could use a good cleaning. Carpets were soiled ( pets allowed) and our room’s bathroom had not been cleaned. When I called down to the front desk Leo came up immediately and wiped down the toilet. Later I realized the bath tub needed help too. They were full so no opportunity to move. Their best aspect is their front desk staff. Karen does a nice job. Hilton usually represents itself better!

Clean clean clean
Pros:

The front desk employee, LEO, was extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived early but he had a room ready for us and we were able to check in. Clean clean clean room! Close to Greenville downtown, easy on and off. We will be staying here in the future.

Awesome!
Pros:

10 out of 10! We had an amazing overnight stay at this location. We traveled with our two dogs. The hotel was super clean, very quiet, and we enjoyed the high quality sheets. What puts this hotel over the top was the staff. Every single staff member was beyond helpful and friendly.

It was quiet, comfortable, restful, and I wish I could have stayed another night!
Pros:

The price! The pillows! The lighting! Both check-in and check out service was top notch!

Cons:

I genuinely prefer all-inclusive breakfast. But I also prefer the rate I paid. 😉

Great Stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is well decorated with lots of space to relax outside of the room. The staff was also kind and courteous.

Cons:

The large bottle of lotion in the bathroom instead of individual bottles is kinda gross. How many people have touched it and used it.... That's a huge NO thank you for me.
