It was good.
Pros:

Pool, exercise room and 24 hr coffee!!

Cons:

Outdoors looked unkept. Long grass, broken glass on sidewalk. Mentioned glass upon check in and at checkout it was still there.

Easy to find. Parking was easy

Cons:

There was no cold water in the bathroom sink, and when I turned on the hot water, the faucet literally came apart in my hands. That was… unexpected.

The soundproofing deserves a special mention. I spent the night listening to my upstairs neighbors talking, running, dancing, and apparently rearranging their furniture. It’s amazing how much you can learn about complete strangers without ever leaving your bed.

We would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through this area.
Pros:

The location was perfect to easily get to downtown State College and shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied and very good.
