Wonderful staff but the beds and noise 👎
Pros:

The staff were fabulous- helpful & friendly.
It was clean

Cons:

Because of its proximity to PSU, and the fact that it was “parents weekend”, the prices were easily double what they normally are, or should be (supply/demand). However, with the price we paid I expected better comfort.
The beds were so uncomfortable & rickety.
The noise from the people in the room over us was unbearable. Woke us up at 1:30am and we had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene- which they were happy to do.

Pros:

Swimming in the indoor heated pool.
EMMA was so above average and excellent in providing great customer service and information, She is such a valuable asset to your company. Her cheeriness and attitude was heart-warming when I talked to her on the phone before my reservation and when she went out of her way to help me in person.

Cons:

Breakfast hours too short 7-9 AM. Should run till 11.

The pool floor was rough and needs refinishing.

Staff was friendly. The coffee was good.

Cons:

We spent over $500 to stay one night in this hotel talk about price gouging it was a joke. There was mold coming out of the air conditioner. The sink didn’t drained. The breakfast was not edible, unless you wanted a waffle

Clean and restful location to stay
Pros:

Clean, full breakfast offerings that were well maintained. Workout facilities included weight bench, curl and leg machines. Bedroom clean and spacious.

Total waste of money
Cons:

No water. Could not take a shower, use the toilets. Sink. Spoke with the main desk and they said that the manager is due in later and they cant do anything until they get in. Paid over $600 per night and couldn't flush the toilet and no sense of urgency at all from the staff.

Not a good value
Pros:

Happy to have free breakfast, even if it was ordinary.

Cons:

Room had a piece of wood which fell off in the middle of the night. Air conditioning ran very cold and I couldn't adjust it. Price was high for a property like this.
