I recently stayed in a suite at Gila River Resorts & Casinos and it was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The modern décor, plush bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel both luxurious and comfortable.

The amenities were top-notch — from the oversized bathroom and soaking tub to the separate living area that was perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire stay seamless.

Between the great dining options, lively casino atmosphere, and relaxing vibe of the suite, it truly felt like a getaway. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommend upgrading to a suite for the full experience!

I recently stayed at the Gila River Resorts- Wild Horse Pass and was blown away by the hospitality. One of the biggest highlights is it's a non-smoking casino which makes such a difference. It's also convenient to get to as it's only about 15 minutes from the airport. The resort has a variety of food and things to do including a spa! What truly sets it apart is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend it for a business destination as it has great meeting space or just a fun girls weekend.

Nice rooms, friendly front desk. Toilet broken and took a while to fix properly. Missing item from room service. They did not make up my room today (a Saturday). But, less expensive than the nearby Sheraton Wild Horse Pass.

I went into the show with high expectations, but it was a major disappointment from start to finish. Numerous teleprompters were positioned along the front of the stage, creating a noticeable barrier between the artist and the audience and making the whole performance feel detached and impersonal.

The singing was painfully off-key and at times barely resembled singing at all—it sounded more like he was speaking the lyrics rather than performing them. On multiple occasions, he snapped at the band, sharply pointing out mistakes and forcing them to restart songs, which made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable.

Despite attempting to move around the stage, his stiff, stout presence made the effort feel awkward and strained. He even struggled to bend down to pick up gifts from fans. While it’s admirable to still be performing at 90, the reality is that he no longer seems capable of delivering a quality show. The overall impression was one of self-absorption, with a narcissistic attitude toward the audience that made the entire experience feel disappointing and regrettable.

A wonderful experience. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Beautiful hotel and meeting space. Steakhouse is excellent with fabulous views. Highly recommend!

We were immediately greeted by the friendly and smiling valet staff who helped us with our luggage, golf clubs and parking.

Fun time. Hot machines. Free room. Free play. Free food. Nice room. Dealers super helpful and nice. Beautiful pool area.

Loved the tables and the show, unfortunately my bartender named Olivia served so many of her friends at the exclusion of the very long line . 45 minutes to get a glass of wine? She ignored the line for her friends.I will not be back to this casino.

I've always loved the quality of customer service. I sleep soundly, the food is SSSOOO GOOD, and the attention to my wants and needs is unmatched.

Amazing crisp and clean hotel with awesome amenities. Very friendly staff from Valet thru Registration including the room attendants. Here for work but coming back with family!!!!!

FANTASTIC place. GREAT staff and fast check-in.. Loved that the rooms were in the front of the building; you didn't have to walk through a noisy casino. Sometimes that's a little much late at night. Gorgeous rooms, fully appointed, and felt a bit luxurious. The Pool was sensational, so big and connected to a hot tub, it felt like a spa out there. Gorgeous.. Beautiful theatre as well..

great place for a getaway! we will recommend this resort at chandler az. we enjoyed our 2 nights stay, great food, music and staff. overall, we will go back.

Room, pool were fine. Casino as expected.
Meals however were awful. The prime steakhouse was overpriced, everything alacart. Our steaks were cold and overcooked. The Asian restaurant equally bad food, the firecracker chicken tough, tiny chicken pieces and no flavor.

Ling and Louis's food was beyond excellent 👌
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful and relaxing.
