Trip protection I didn’t ask for and robot who insists they are human
Pros:

Place was clean and spacious. The reason why a bad review is because when I made a reservation I asked to talk to a human and the robot tried to convince me she was a human. She insisted twice she was a human, very irritating. Then she messed up on my name and even the front desk clerk didn’t correct it. The worst was charging me for trip protection I didn’t ask for. Good thing I caught it and had it removed.

Perfect Getaway at the Hyatt Sacramento Roseville Hotel

Mid experience
Pros:

it's run by a franchisee and poorly maintained. the bathroom was dirty and housekeeping was nonexistent. the pool was closed for mainantance.

Great for overnight sleeping but skip their breakfast station.
Pros:

I have never been to a hotel that includes breakfast that was in such a disarray. It was a real disappointment for a Hyatt Hotel.

Don't lock your things in the safe box.
Pros:

We stayed here past weekend for 2 days and ready to check out to go back to attend our son's first recital. When tried to pull out the 2 laptops from the safe box, it showed no power at all. Wait for 30 min.(technical went out for lunch break), the power came back but our pass code not working. The technician arrived and tried the 6 digits master code but not working as well. The safe box should have a physical master key in case the electronics mal-function. But the whole hotel no one know where is it given the hotel recent ownership changed, maybe the info/key did not transfer over. Tried nearly two hours, we entered our pass code again than mystically it worked. Missed out son's first recital!. Really the worst experience we ever had. Not just Hyatt/Andaz(we're discovery member) , but all hotels we ever stayed.

Pros:

If you are choosing to eat at the lobby, DONT!
You will be waiting a total of 40+/1hr+ for a single order! I ordered a ceaser salad to go on a Monday night and waited 30 minutes to order and 30 more minutes to receive my order. INSANE! Do better. Imagine the weekend!

Short stay after water rafting
Pros:

Used the pool, had buffet breakfast and stayed one night. Pool is outside and wasn't cold, so that was a plus. There is a bar downstairs and you can order food to be made, or order in from a few restaurants. Good selection at the buffet breakfast, but get there early because it can get busy.

Stay here if you want an average hotel and have money you want to burn.
Pros:

Close to the mall and other shopping

Cons:

Clogged toilet and no maintenance staff. Expensive for what it is. Really bad value for the money.
