That they send you a text and stay in touch with you

Cons:

That they did not forewarn their customers that the freeway feeder (which is under construction), that is the only access to their property was going to be shut down on a Friday evening and you had to have a police escort to get you back onto the property. Being that most people are from out of town did not know where to go or what to do to get back to the hotel.

The location and access to everything was so nice.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights 4 days and we did not get room service not once. I’m glad we brought our own towels!

Pool says it closes at 9pm and I went down at 825pm for a quick swim and it was locked. I asked the front desk to check my card cause it wasn’t working to open the gate and she “reset”my card and it still didn’t work. When I went back to tell her the card still didn’t open the gate she said “ if it doesn’t work then I can’t open it because the manager set it at that time”. I told her it says 9 pm though. Do they not stick to closing times? I set my schedule to get that swim in. This is my only disappointment but other than that over all great stay.

Good place to stay affected just for an external factor that is the highway construction.
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very clean in general.

Cons:

The location due to construction work in the highway. They close the access road to the hotel and it’s get very confusing to get to the hotel.
