Clean, well presented and convenient for road network
Limited breakfast provision
No es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel, pero si la primera vez con el nuevo nombre y administración, y la verdad me encanta el hotel, se me hace con buena ubicación, el precio es excelente, y las habitaciones se me hacen muy muy buenas.
Como lo comentaba, no fue la primera vez que me quedo, todo estuvo super bien, solamente lo que ya no me gusto tanto es que el desayuno es muy basico o limitado, antes por lo menos ofrecian huevos y wafles, pero ahora no ofrecen eso, solamente algun pan o cereal y ya, con eso la verdad no te llenas para nada, aqui si tienes que considerar que tienes que desayunar en otro lado para que si sea mucho mejor. Y tambien lo malo es que como llegamos noche, la calle estaba cerrada y el hotel carece de señalizaciones para saber como llegar, y es que estan en obras importantes sobre la 35.
What I liked about the facility, it was clean, and staff was friendly.
I didn’t care for the construction going on by the hotel.
The staff was wonderful.

That they send you a text and stay in touch with you
That they did not forewarn their customers that the freeway feeder (which is under construction), that is the only access to their property was going to be shut down on a Friday evening and you had to have a police escort to get you back onto the property. Being that most people are from out of town did not know where to go or what to do to get back to the hotel.
Trying to get there
The location and access to everything was so nice.
We stayed 3 nights 4 days and we did not get room service not once. I’m glad we brought our own towels!

Pool says it closes at 9pm and I went down at 825pm for a quick swim and it was locked. I asked the front desk to check my card cause it wasn’t working to open the gate and she “reset”my card and it still didn’t work. When I went back to tell her the card still didn’t open the gate she said “ if it doesn’t work then I can’t open it because the manager set it at that time”. I told her it says 9 pm though. Do they not stick to closing times? I set my schedule to get that swim in. This is my only disappointment but other than that over all great stay.
