Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Location right by the subway station is helpful.
Nothing I didn't expect. Though, when you ask for non smoking rooms, some of the other guests on the same floor may still be smoking - so you still smell cigarettes. Others I spoke with staying at other hotels in Xi'an said they had the same experiences.
Great place to stay, very central for my needs and meetings. Have stayed there 4 years ago and the hotel is now starting to get a little tired and may need update soon. Services is fantastic and everything else is great .
The hotel needs a bit renovation. The room I checked in smell bad
1週間の滞在をしましたが、3日目に急に朝食は含まれていないと言われました。予約証明書に明確に「朝食無料」って書いてるし、チェックインの時も問題なかったのに！しかも受付スタッフの対応は怖かったです。もう二度と行かないホテルです。サービスはINGグループと相応しくないと思ってます。

Nice location for shopping and having food.
All employee were kind.
Stayed there at the past and this time I got upgraded to a nice suite which was more comfortable.
The hotel is located quite out of city center close to business area.. room was big and spacious but could use some remodeling.
Almost all staff’s English was not as expected from an hotel which is located at a business area.
Most disappointing was the fact that there was no English speaking person at breakfast so I could not get any information about vegetarian options and pretty much had to only take what seemed to be surely vegetarian.
This was the first time I had stayed in this hotel for about 3 years, the previous few times I visited Xi’an I was put in the ZTE hotel which is nearby. There have been some changes which have improved the customer experience but might have driven some people away.
I arrived with my hosts at about 0800 on a Monday morning and could get into my room immediately. I was in room 901 which was at one end and fairly quiet. The room comprised a large bed, easy chair, desk, TV, coffee/tea making facilities, mini-bar and safe. There was also an iron and ironing board which I like about this hotel. Particularly in this case because I stayed here 11 nights.
Unlike previous stays at this hotel, I did not have a bath. Instead there was a large shower, always with plenty of hot water. Toiletries included body lotion, shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. A hair dryer was provided.
Lighting in the room was generally good, both in bed and in the chair. TV channels included CNN. Wifi worked well.
Breakfast was served on the first floor and was always open by 0630. Usually there were over 10 people at this time and the food was always ready. There was a good choice of western and Chinese food. Always plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cooked food, pastries and bread. Coffee, tea and juices were also available.
Unlike last time I stayed here, there is no buffet at lunchtime. In fact sometimes the restaurant used for breakfast is closed at lunchtimes to hotel residents because it has a booking. This is a little unfair to the residents. This happened to me on three occasions (I gave up trying after the 3rd) and I had the choices of room service, use the restaurant on the 3rd floor, or starve!
The evening buffet is where the food has improved significantly. In addition to the Tsingato beer that was available in the past, there is also red and white wine. There are lots of seafood available, and both hot and cold foods, including pizza. One criticism I had was the food in the hot dishes was not very hot. The policy of leaving the lids open did not help. Fresh fruit and cakes were also available. The cost of the buffet is 158RMB to hotel residents (210RMB, I believe, to non-residents). This is rather expensive because there are many nearby restaurants serving cheaper food.
The hotel has a swimming pool and gym, though I did not use either.
The room was serviced well each day. The lady who cleaned my room was particularly good because she seemed to look out for my leaving the room and cleaned it very soon afterwards because she knew I always returned at lunchtime.
Not everybody in the hotel could speak any English but I had no problem, even though I speak no Chinese. The staff were always polite and eager to please. I think they have been very well-trained.
Although there is building work taking place nearby on a new metro line, this did not really trouble me. The hotel provided ear plugs just in case.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again if in the area.
Stayed for a night. The room is modern with all amenities that you expect from IHG hotels. Yet i expected that the front desk people will know a bit english. Breakfast was good and tastey.
The hotel is located in the business zone of the city and it is close to some good Korean food resturantes. It is about 8 miles from the old city an an hour ride to the Taracotta site

리셉션 인원과 수준좀 늘려.. 제발..
일단 지리적으로는 한국인이라면 좋음 한식당이 가까이 있고 비교적 번화가에 있어 치안도 만족스러움 하지만 그뿐.. 호텔 규모에 비해 카운터 보는 사람들의 인원과 수준이 미달됨. 체크인 체크아웃 한번에 30분 이상 줄서야 하는건 기본이고 대장급 직원 한두명 정도를 제외하고는 예정된 예약을 찾는것에도 어려워함.. 진짜 답답 폭발!
숙소 크기는 크진않고 적절하며 주변 호텔에 비해 가성비는 떨어지는 정도. 지리적 잇점을 제외하고는 그다지 장점이 없는 호텔
