Central location in Xian
Pros:

Great place to stay, very central for my needs and meetings. Have stayed there 4 years ago and the hotel is now starting to get a little tired and may need update soon. Services is fantastic and everything else is great .

Pros:

1週間の滞在をしましたが、3日目に急に朝食は含まれていないと言われました。予約証明書に明確に「朝食無料」って書いてるし、チェックインの時も問題なかったのに！しかも受付スタッフの対応は怖かったです。もう二度と行かないホテルです。サービスはINGグループと相応しくないと思ってます。

리셉션 인원과 수준좀 늘려.. 제발..
일단 지리적으로는 한국인이라면 좋음 한식당이 가까이 있고 비교적 번화가에 있어 치안도 만족스러움 하지만 그뿐.. 호텔 규모에 비해 카운터 보는 사람들의 인원과 수준이 미달됨. 체크인 체크아웃 한번에 30분 이상 줄서야 하는건 기본이고 대장급 직원 한두명 정도를 제외하고는 예정된 예약을 찾는것에도 어려워함.. 진짜 답답 폭발!
숙소 크기는 크진않고 적절하며 주변 호텔에 비해 가성비는 떨어지는 정도. 지리적 잇점을 제외하고는 그다지 장점이 없는 호텔

호텔관리와 조식, 위치 등 모든 면에서 참 좋습니다.
다만 침대쿠션상태가 조금 안좋습니다. 중심부가 약간 꺼져서

가성비 좋은 친절한 호텔

11/23일 ~ 3박4일 시안 출장기간중 미세먼지 등 여러가지로 불편했던 점이 많았던 시안에서도 가장 안락했던 곳이었습니다. 첫 중국 출장이라 서투른 중국어가 부담됐지만 호텔 어디서나 영어가 문제없었고, 몇가지 요청사항에도 친절하고 적극적인 모습으로 응대해 주셨습니다.
조식도 다양하고 휼륭하였으며, 김치는 한국김치 그대로 인듯 ^^ 좋았습니다.
도보 5분거리에 한국식당 밀집지역이 가까웠고, 종루/고루 등 시내 중심가도 택시로 이동하기 불편함이 없었습니다. 가성비 좋은 느낌으로 다음 출장이나 여행시 또 들릴 예정입니다 ~
